"On the second day of my two day stay, house keeping never touched our room. We didn’t expect clean sheets or a full cleanup but they didn’t replace any linen in the bathroom. I had to go the the desk where the clerk first told me she could take care of us in the morning because house keeping had all left. I told her I didn’t want bedding, just a full set of bath linens. She brought out bath and hand towels but no wash clothes. She went and robbed two wash clothes from an empty room.

"Upon arrival to the hotel, I waited in line for about 15 minutes while one of the front desk staff was outside smoking. After my check-in was completed, I was informed that the elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were accessible down the long hallway. For someone with Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis, this was not OK. I should have been informed prior to our arrival that the elevator was broken and should we need alternative accommodations. NOT at the end of our...

"The staff was fantastic, I cannot say enough great things about them!
This is why the are so great, we got to our room and it was obvious that the last guests smoked in the room, the front desk time changed our room immediately. And even followed up when I went to the lobby several hours later to make sure our room was good.
The property is old and outdated but...very clean. Location is good, close to campus."

"Property was clean, but the handicap room was less than desirable. The handicap bathroom was great, good drainage in the roll in shower and good grab bars. The room was a regular size room, and they had removed seating options to allow wheelchair access, but the only place to sit was the desk chair. We requested another chair and were told that was not possible. I am not wheelchair bound and my husband needed a chair. Also, the overhead light and fan, and the telephone did not work. We were...
