"If you're looking for an immaculate cabin in a beautiful, rural, private and tranquil setting, look no further! This cabin is amazing and the owner, Bette, could not have been more accommodating. My only word of caution is if you are an over-packer like I am, maneuvering a heavy suitcase up that spiral staircase is a bit of a challenge, but if you pack sensibly, you'll be fine. Thank you, Bette, for providing such an amazing setting for a memorable weekend in Ellicottville!"

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean."

"We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! "

Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. "
