"Very responsive owner and walkable to shops. The main drag is one block away which in the summer means walking gets you there almost as fast as your car. If you bring your pet, there is a nice small private backyard for potty breaks full of active tiny frogs which my pup loved. There is also a mature fig tree! The home is very organized between the four suites and everyone was respectful. We were in Suite 1 which is generously sized with a huge shower and its own outdoor side entrance,...

"Nice little place for two. Spotless, with plenty of quality towels and linens, easy check-in, and entry. Washer/Dryer a big plus. A map to show location of unit would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for us and a KS would make this place perfect. Great location on the sound. "

"Me, my grand-daughter and our friends had a blast! Loved riding the horses and the proximity to the sand! If you are looking for a peaceful get away, this is the place to be. Great for young children, as the water is not very rough and you can walk a long way out into the water before it gets deep. "

"Staying at this rental was a wonderful experience. We are a picky bunch but this place was clean to our standards with no musty or chemical smells. The place is beautifully decorated, the views of the water are stunning, and the beds are comfortable. To top it off, check in and out instructions were clear and concise.
