Don’t stay in this hotel if you can help it. We only did bc it’s close to SFO for a morning flight. Our shower was broken to the point that the handle fell off and they had to come TWICE to fix it. The food in the restaurant was inedible.

Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront
Old, tired hotel. Excellent staff but facilities are really 2, maybe 3 stars. Stain on furniture, thin, overused towels, etc. The last time I stayed in this hotel was about 35 years ago; I'm not sure it has been refreshed since then. The staff was very good and very attentive.

Grand Hyatt at SFO
This hotel is conveniently located in SFO (connected by the AirTrain or the train system of the airport). I had a 12 hour layover and decided to check in at this hotel. The check in was quick. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
