The villa features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. This level includes 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both offering access to the garden and the terrace. The third ground-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions (160 cm x 200 cm) and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. A separate shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms on this level. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making them ideal for mixed occupancy.
