Enjoy a pleasant family vacation in our large, spacious new apartment (February 2024) with three bedrooms, including a master suite, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The apartment is 1,500 square feet, secure, and fully air-conditioned.
Bright and airy, with no neighbors opposite, it is located less than a 2-minute walk from the old port of Porto-Vecchio.
Close to amenities (supermarkets, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc.).
Ideal accommodation for families or friends.

Inside, this apartment offers:
- a master bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed, large wardrobe, and private bathroom (walk-in shower) and toilet, as well as access to the terrace overlooking the old port
- 2 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and large wardrobes, with access to a second terrace overlooking the mountains, bathroom (walk-in shower), and toilet accessible from the hallway
- a large, spacious, and modern living room (TV, JBL speaker), pleasant to live in, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, large refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes)
- a fully equipped laundry room with storage closet, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron; this space can also be used for storing suitcases (another very large closet is located in the hallway)
Board games are available, and Wi-Fi (fiber) is available and free in the accommodation. Please note that access to Netflix, Canal+, Amazon, etc. is via your personal accounts (remember to bring your login details with you).

Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace with a lounge/dining area with an electric Krampouz plancha grill and a large table. The second terrace is more relaxed with deck chairs and a view of the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, giving access to the two bedrooms.
Two private parking spaces are dedicated to the apartment (two keys are provided for guests).

The apartment is non-smoking except on the terraces.

Babies can be accommodated in addition to the maximum number of guests (6). Equipment (travel cot, stroller, high chair, etc.) can be rented from the concierge, and sheets and small bath towels are provided if a travel cot is rented.

The Vignola apartment offers direct access to the old port of Porto-Vecchio and its old town (less than 5 minutes on foot or by free Citadina electric shuttle). Shops are also nearby and can be reached on foot (supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, etc.). The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are also nearby.

You will have a dedicated contact person throughout your stay.
You will be contacted by phone one week before your arrival to discuss the various arrival and departure arrangements (times, etc.).

As a hotel-style service, linens (beds, bathrooms, and kitchen) are included in the rental and provided according to the number of guests (percale duvet cover, percale flat sheet, percale pillowcases, bath towel, small towel, bath mat, kitchen towels).

To start your stay, you will have a sponge, a trash bag in each trash can in the accommodation (kitchen & bathroom), one roll of toilet paper per toilet, cleaning spray, two washing machine tablets and two dishwasher tablets, pepper/salt, and olive oil.
However, you will be responsible for replacing some of these items (dishwashing liquid, salt/pepper, olive oil).

Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (late check-in charged by the concierge) and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. (check-out fee charged by the concierge). Keys are handed over in person only. We enjoy meeting you and giving you all the necessary information about the accommodation and answering any questions you may have.

We will do our utmost to welcome you at the time that suits you best, however, times may vary depending on when the previous guests leave, the condition in which the accommodation is left, and any repairs or other work we may need to carry out between rentals.

The concierge service will contact you one week before your arrival to provide additional information by text message and will inform you in real time of the time the accommodation will be available, so please let us know if you are running late.

For your information, this is a furnished tourist rental, not to be confused with the services offered by hotels or guest houses. We therefore ask all our guests to respect the premises and to comply with any requests made by the concierge service.

Upon arrival, a property inventory will be signed by both parties. Any damage or breach of the house rules will be subject to dispute.

In order to preserve our environment and avoid waste, you may leave only unopened refrigerated items and dry goods in the cupboards, which will be collected so they do not go to waste. However, everything else must be thrown away.
