  • ¡Este cómodo y refinado estudio es perfecto para sus vacaciones en Oporto!
    Al llegar al apartamento después de explorar la ciudad, se relajará en la soleada terraza disfrutando de un vino de Oporto, con el telón de fondo de la hermosa vista del distrito "Duques" con sus altos árboles.

    El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio de estilo Art Nouveau de Oporto. El trabajo de restauración es el resultado de nuestro compromiso con este proyecto familiar.

    En la planta de entrada encontrarás un salón donde preparar tu bebida (ofrecemos bebidas a nuestros clientes), elegir un libro de la estantería del pasillo, escuchar música y respirar el ambiente de época, el ambiente típico de una casa burguesa de Oporto de finales del siglo XIX al siglo XX
    A través del ascensor o las escaleras se sube al piso del apartamento.

    El apartamento es muy cómodo, luminoso y funcional, incluso para largas estancias.
    La decoración sin duda ecléctica está salpicada de piezas de diferentes épocas y procedencias.
    Todas estas piezas son auténticas y han sido recuperadas.
    Esta es la única manera de lograr una verdadera sostenibilidad del planeta y el respeto por la naturaleza.
    Toda la madera vieja y las vigas de la casa que había que reponer se reutilizaron para hacer algunos muebles, concretamente las camas y los cabeceros.

    Entre muebles clásicos, una cómoda antigua, un canapé portugués del siglo XIX, y un baúl chino antiguo, encontrarás muebles portugueses de los años 70 y la icónica silla que el diseñador portugués José Espinho diseñó en los años 60 para Olaio.

    La iluminación está pensada para que disfrutes de un gran confort. Encontrarás diferentes lámparas de nuestra colección, desde los apliques húngaros de un hotel en Budapest, hasta la lámpara portuguesa de los años 70 en el techo del salón.

    El barrio "Duques" es la opción ideal para tu estancia, es el barrio más cool, con alma y carisma del centro de Oporto. Allí se encuentra la Facultad de Bellas Artes de Oporto. Aquí encontrarás tiendas locales de calidad, galerías de arte, excelentes restaurantes y opciones veganas si lo deseas.
    Fue considerado el cuarto barrio más cool de Europa en:

    Desde estas calles coronadas de altos árboles y hermosas fachadas de finales del siglo XIX al XX, se puede llegar a pie a los principales puntos de interés del centro de Oporto.

This is a superb apartment in an excellent neighborhood in Porto. We walked everywhere. Hosts are superb. Beautiful fruit basket upon arrival. The apartment is well-equipped and well-maintained. The AC works great. Good beds. Lovely deck. Spacious. Hosts helped us immensely with parking, restaurant reservations, and ideas. Highly recommended.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Jorge’s property. The apartment is gorgeous and beautifully kept. Jorge gave us maps and described all of the best spots to visit and eat, and even more remarkably, provided us with local port and wine and fresh fruit and cookies!!!! Truly unusual and lovely. And we loved the location.Thank you Jorge for a lovely introduction to your country!

You won’t want to miss out on renting this place! It’s a 10. The host was fantastic. Manuela spent 45 minutes showing us the whole town and pointing out the best spots. The apartment was amazing, with such great attention to detail in its sparkling cleanliness. You can easily walk to everything. Porto is a wonderful town to explore.

Jorge and Manuela were the consummate hosts of an absolutely impeccable property. The apartment is well located in a quiet, leafy part of Porto and was exactly as described - elegant and well appointed. Both bedrooms had large king sized beds, that were very comfortable. The thoughtful welcome gifts of fruit, wine, and cheese were very much appreciated. Jorge recommended several restaurants - we tried a few of them, and they didn't disappoint. This stay was easily the best we've ever experienced, such a special apartment, with luxurious touches throughout. We recommended it wholeheartedly.

Jorge and Manuela are wonderful hosts. The apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely treats after a long day on the hills. Fabulous balcony for having wine or coffee. You are greeted, escorted to your car park and given a very good lecture on what to do and where to do. Dona Mira restaurant around the corner was very handy. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The house and host were both wonderful!Jorge greeted us upon our arrival (even accommodating an hour early), giving us a great overview of the local area and attractions. I appreciated how much time he spent and the conversation shared. There was delicious fresh fruit, several bottles of wine, and plenty of espresso and coffee.The location was perfect. Far enough from the touristy area, but very walkable. Would recommend the cafe nearby!The house was extremely clean, had all the amenities needed, and the terrace could not be beat. For those who like air conditioning and ice, both were available. Would easily stay here again and recommend to all!

This was the nicest Vrbo we have stayed in. The owner was amazing, he spent 20 minutes with a map explaining all the best restaurants, tourist sites, etc in the area after we checked in. He also showed us how everything worked. They provided wine, pastries, a giant bowl of fruit, coffee, teas, and biscuits in the room for us. I can’t say enough great things about the owners. The only negative I can say is only a personal thing, the bed upstairs was too firm for me but it didn’t matter as the rest of the place was beyond what we have experienced in a Vrbo. The decor, architecture, cleanliness, carpentry work- all superior. It is Close to many great restaurants and an easy walk to the touristy sections of town. We will be back and highly recommend it.

Excellent location and host

Host was incredibly helpful and made our stay pleasant and comfortable as possible. The host sat with us and mapped out the city, sites, restaurants, set up drivers for us and even had a nice welcoming of local wine and food for us. We greatly appreciated their attention to detail which made our stay that much more memorable!

The apartment is immaculate, bright and airy. The hosts addressed every detail. We would all highly recommend this property as this location is perfect… just outside the busiest area but with easy access to Portos wonderful attractions. It was a pleasure to meet the hosts Jorge and Manuela and their helpful friendly staff. If we return to Porto we know where we will stay.

Dream home in a wonderful neighborhood

One of the nicest vacation homes we’ve stayed in, this apartment in the Bonfin neighborhood was perfectly appointed, impeccably maintained, and felt like living in an aristocrat’s mansion. The hosts were amazing, extremely knowledgeable, obviously had high standards, and couldn’t be more cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the apartment. We highly recommend staying in this lovely building!

We loved it.

A perfect retreat during our 3 nights in Porto. We were so comfortable after our long days of sightseeing, kicking off our shoes and totally relaxing with a glass of complementary port, in this beautiful townhouse.Seamless check in and out. Escape from the crazy

This was a VERY relaxing and welcoming apartment, far from the tourist noise yet super close to all you want to see if you enjoy walking. Very neighborhood like with good local restaurants which Manuela is eager to share with you!! She was very very gracious and helpful and the parking garage was super close

Porto perfect stay

This is a perfect place to stay in Porto.The house has been renovated with great care and style.The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It gets the afternoon sun inside and all day sun on the balcony which is shaded by lovely trees.It is well placed for public transport with direct buses to the centre and Foz and an easy walk to the main bus and train station for trips to other places.The communication and check in with the owners was excellent who also arranged airport transfers.Highly recommended.

Stunning Apartment, Great Location!

Just as advertised! Lovely location, close to tourist attractions but a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was perfect in every way for four adults. Manuela and Jorge provided an extensive amount of amenities from a large fruit basket to local wine and port. The common area was a nice stop after a long day of sightseeing. We will be back for sure!

Lovely Porto apartment

I stayed here on a couples trip earlier this month and we all really enjoyed this apartment. It is a lovely apartment in a wonderful residential section of Porto. Jorge is a wonderful host and had great recommendations on where to go for food and site seeing. We greatly enjoyed a bar in the area he recommended and ended our nights there each night. The apartment is well equipped and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Charming apartment!

From the moment we stepped foot on this property we felt cared for. Up and beyond the usual stay! Jorge explained the details of the beautifully renovated apartment so we knew how to use everything and he also introduced us to many restaurants in the neighborhood. We went to three of them and they were great. Highly recommend this place!
