Fantastic apartment 3 minutes walk from Matosinhos Beach. Tastefully decorated and located in the Matosinhos area, 15 minutes from the center of Porto, in an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of access. The apartment has parking space for one car available for our guests. It also has an elevator



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is guaranteed for business trips too. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city center and surroundings, with several public transport nearby including metro and bus and of course the beach 3 minutes away.



The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for two guests, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It is completely equipped with all needed cooking commodities, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.

Both the linens and towels are hotel quality, professionaly laundry and it's included as well as shampoo and shower gel

Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.

Personal check-in from 3 pm to 2 am. Please note that there is a late check in fee from 8pm of €30 payable on arrival

All guests must provide their identification documents in due time.

Parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation are completely prohibited. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
