The Neighborhood:
Located near Praça da República, you will be next to the city center, where everything happens! In less than 7 minutes, you will reach the Trindade metro station or the beautiful Avenida dos Aliados. You can get lost in the famous Galerias de Paris, buy whatever you've always wanted at Praça Carlos Alberto, or taste Porto’s most famous culinary specialty: the francesinha.

If you wish to see the other wonders of the city, you will find the metro station just 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.

Around the apartment, you will find cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect.

If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you bring more than one, please contact us.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs set at €150. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! You just need to make the request!

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!

If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected.

Lovely but hard to find, run down street scape

We had a very difficult time finding the apartment. Language barriers need to be considered, directional maps ? , methods of contact for out of country customers. Once there, found apt as advertised, clean, comfortable. Problem with coffee maker handled, and a bonus gift was a nice touch. Written instructions for things like, what to do with garbage, use of open “hot tub “ area, would have been helpful and need to be in several languages. Found neighborhood Mercado staff friendly, helpful, and would recommend Indian food restaurant to anyone. The building had a plaque on it for award, would be nice to know more about it and the area it’s in. “ antique shops” Would stay again if ever back in Porto,

Spacious Porto Apartment

The apartment is nicely renovated and charming, with a spacious living area, quiet balcony on the back of the building and new-ish kitchen. The building is close to the Baixa neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We love to walk, and it was easy to get around the city. We were given lots of warnings about construction noise (the building next door is under renovation), but it was very minimal, and non-existent on the weekend or after-hours. Note: pre-arrival contact with the property manager was terrific, and getting into the apartment was easy. However, we did have trouble getting a response to a minor inquiry during our stay. It didn't change our opinion of the apartment (would definitely recommend!), but you might need to be persistent if there were a problem. Overall, we had a great time in Porto.

Superb

The flat is in a wonderful location, with lots of interesting surrounding streets to explore. The building is extremely attractive and has been gorgeously renovated. The flat is bright, welcoming, and very well fitted out. Quiet, warm (very much appreciated in a raw January) and with a really interesting and attractive view from the main room and (big) balcony. There was a very kind advance warning about construction work all around, but it was really not at all bothersome, and it's very interesting to see so much activity to renovate Porto. I should have stayed a week longer! I would return to this property with great pleasure.

Great location and communication

This apartment was centrally located for our trip. The property owners were very responsive to messages, and worked with our flight schedule for check in. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 3. There were a few spots that could have been cleaned better, but wasn't too bad overall. There isn't an elevator (which didn't matter too much to us), so just keep that in mind if you aren't able to handle stairs with your luggage. Overall, I recommend this property as an affordable, family-friendly option in the heart of Porto.

The appearance from the street was not that favourable, the road was narrow, noisy and scruffy. However the apartment faced the back of the building which was totally different. It was clean and well decorated with attractive high ceilings and archways, with a covered balcony to sit out on.

A week walking in Porto.

The flat was a perfect central place to stay a week in Porto. The central metro station near by, restaurants round the corner and the river in walking distance if you enjoy walking like us. The flat was well equipped for our needs and breakfast on the balcony lovely.

Great apartment in excellent neighorhood

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's adorable and well located with restaurants and metro and other sights nearby. The water pressure is great, the kitchen and washer are convenient, and there is a good amount of closet storage for unpacking. If you are noise-sensitive, know that the floors are pretty creaky (standard older Portugal building) so you can hear the people above, and we made efforts to walk softly for the neighbors below). Also there is construction nearby, but the windows block most of the sound. If you're very sensitive to clean surfaces, this place is by no means dirty, but it's like staying at a friend's place. Could use some dusting and maybe deeper surface clean, but totally fine for our stay. Parking would be miserable unless you're an expert at Porto city parking. The property management folks were very friendly and when our hot water was out they addressed the issue that same day. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
