The rooms are furnished with simplicity and essentiality. The large living room is furnished with a corner sofa, TV and dining room. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchenette. The living area is completed by 1 bathroom with whirlpool shower and washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms including 2 double rooms and 1 quadruple room with pull-out beds, plus the second bathroom shower with whirlpool. One of the double bedrooms has a small balcony of its own.

- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
