Welcome to our inviting home! Our spacious home is nestled in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, offering a serene escape for your stay. Here's what you can expect:

Outdoor Oasis: Step into our large fully fenced yard, boasting a two-tiered water feature that adds a soothing ambiance. Relax on the composite deck, sway in the hammock, or unwind in the cozy sitting area.

Comfortable Living Spaces: With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our home offers ample space for your group. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, while the large living room provides a view of the picturesque back yard.

Work-Friendly Setup: Need to stay productive during your trip? Two of our rooms are thoughtfully designed with desks and internet plug-ins, perfect for functioning as home offices. Stay connected and get work done effortlessly.

Sleeps 7 Guests: Rest well in our comfortable sleeping arrangements, which include 3 queen beds and 1 double bed. Wake up refreshed and ready for the day's adventures.

Convenient Location: Our house is centrally located near a park with scenic trails, a variety of dining options, Whole Foods for your grocery needs, bus stops for easy transportation, and the Washington Square Mall for shopping enthusiasts.

Important note:
1. Cameras on Property: There are three security cameras on the premises: one above the garage, one at the front door (doorbell camera), and one facing the backyard gate. The doorbell camera is used to assist guests with entry and to ensure the security of the property.
2. No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
3. Tenant on Site: A permanent tenant resides in the unit to the right of the garage. While the driveway is shared, the tenant's space is completely separate from the main house and backyard.

The house was just as described. Easy to access, the owner was able to get us early check in, which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, all in all a great rental. They even helped us get my son's stuffed animal back that he left in the bed, thank you!!

Excellent Home Away From Home!

Our family of 5 (adults) truly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's home. Communication was prompt and informative, the home was very clean and well stocked, and so comfortable. We hope to be able to stay at Jennifer's home again on our next visit to Tigard!

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay near Portland

Clean and charming house near Portland with plenty of space. Nice back yard and many stores in walking distance. Only improvement would be to add a proper fitted sheet on top of the matress pad (at least tbis was the case in the bed we slept in).

Great place but two items not listed on the the review should be

I enjoyed the house. We are from Portland and I was back to visit family. All of the listing items are accurate. Clean, neat, well located home. Here is the rub, at least for me. First off, I don’t appreciate the home having a ring camera on the front door. Not only is it not listed, but I find any recording mechanism at a property like this to be an invasion of my privacy. The other issue, there is a cottage house on the property and people live/rent there. So not only do you have to share the driveway, but no where on the listing does it tell you there is someone in a cottage in the back/side yard. Yes, it is separated by a fence, but with the ring camera it just made me a bit anxious about my stay.

Nice house for our family

This house was a centralized location for most things we wanted to do in Oregon and Washington. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. All the necessities were provided. Jennifer was great to communicate with beforehand and answered all questions.

Perfect for family trip

I stayed here with my partner and family (5 adults) for four nights to celebrate my graduation. The house was charming and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There are many food options nearby, but downtown was also easy to get to. The weather was good for a few days so we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard garden. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Everyone agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home away from home with fantastic host

We were incredibly fortunate to find this place - our extended stay went by fast! The descriptions on the listing are accurate, very comfortable, and great for our family of four (including two teens). The location was terrific because it is in a very quiet neighborhood minutes away from a great plaza with great local restaurants, a Rite Aid and a Whole Foods. It's also minutes away from the Washington Square Mall and and highway. The house is clean, comfortable, has a good kitchen and laundry and pretty landscaping, especially in the back. We found it well-suited to working from home and used the 4th bedroom as a very convenient office. Internet was solid. Was exactly what we needed and much more, and our host was always available and looking out for us. Thank you!!! Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious home! I’m huge on cleanliness and this home exceeded my expectation, it was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. It slept 7 of us adults perfectly! Kitchen came with everything even though we didn’t use it much because we were in town for a family reunion in Dundee. Location for us was also perfect! Our hostess was extremely responsive which was so important as my husband and I arrived at 4am and she replied to a message of ours just after midnight. I was impressed and thankful. I would highly recommend this property and my whole family agreed that we would definitely chose to stay here again in the future! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Family Wedding Trip

Our family of 6 traveled to Portland Area from Calif to attend a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home very much. It is an extremely clean well kept home. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived & through our entire stay. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping & all the bedrooms were perfect for our family. It has a very nice well appointed kitchen. We love the kitchen countertops. The bedrooms are all nice sized rooms. The bathrooms were very nice & clean. We only had one tiny problem which was really our problem not the homes problem. We weren’t familiar with the type of front door security lock & needed to call Jennifer Chen the owner to help us get in. She was quick to respond & we together figured the out the problem & were able to enter the home. It’s a lovely home & we would definately stay there again.

Quiet Stay in Tigard

Our two families were in town for a family wedding. This home was just perfect for our needs. Conveniently located to where we needed to be - as well a nice kitchen and living space to just relax. Jennifer was extremely helpful and prompt to any requests that came up. Would recommend for a family that is looking for a home to rent in this area.

Peaceful, beautiful yard

We all loved staying at this home. Everything was absolutely spotless, from the bedding to the pots and pans. The house was very well stocked with laundry supplies, towels, and paper products, all neatly arranged. But best of all was was that beautiful yard, with it's flowers and fountain. It was the perfect vacation stay.

Great house! Our visit was to attend our granddaughter’s high school graduation. The house is in the same neighborhood as our son’s. Very convenient. It was clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

Overall, very nice

House is nice and pretty clean with pleasant decor. Location is good. Backyard was loud but I think that was due to nearby construction. Landscaping is beautiful. Some chairs for around the backyard table would be nice. Parking is a bit weird as I think there is someone living in the small unit to the right, but if there is we didn't see or hear them. Bedding was nice and very clean, but if you like or need a pillow-top type bed, you will probably not like them. Great office space and clean bathrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping and in a nice neighborhood.
