for the entire gathering. Brand new oven and stove recently installed for all

your cooking needs!!

The large backyard is a true oasis with a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and

dining.



★☆ PARKING ☆★ 2 Tandem Parking Spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not

recommended as it is 2 hour and permit only.



Important Note About the Property Setup: Please be aware that there are long-

term tenants living in the downstairs apartment. This short term rental unit

and the downstairs unit share the same main building entrance, which leads to

separate, private entry doors. The downstairs tenants do not have access to

this short term rental unit unit. The only shared areas are the building

entryway and the courtyard.



Additionally, please note that on Mondays and Tuesdays only, the owner of the

property is on-site. There is a staircase at the front of the unit (facing the

street) that is blocked by a curtain—this leads our cleaners cleaning supplies

and a private office used by the owner. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the owner

accesses this space to conduct music lessons in his downstairs office. These

lessons are contained to his space and do not impact your access or use of the

Airbnb unit.



If you are sensitive to sound or prefer complete privacy on all days, we

recommend not booking on a Monday or Tuesday. We share this information in

advance to provide full transparency and help set clear expectations for your

stay. All other days of the week are completely private.



Other Details to Note:



Due to fire safety regulations, one upstairs bedroom does not have a door

closing it off from the common area. We apologize for any inconvenience this

may cause. **The steps leading up to the third floor are very steep and may

not be suitable for the eldery.



Kindly be advised that there are no washer and dryer facilities available for

guest use on the premises at this time. For long-term reservations,

specifically stays of one week or longer, guests are welcome to request access

to the washer and dryer facilities.

☀ NO events, parties, or large gatherings - Please note that this property is

within the inner city and tenants MUST follow local quiet hour regulations.

While we want our guests to enjoy themselves in our home, we must ask that

they respect fellow tenants and neighbors around them and avoid causing any

loud disturbances, specifically between the hours of 10pm-7am.

☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay

☀ Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two

hours, and $500 for any extended time.

affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance.

Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might

still apply.

☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

The front entrance of the home will be a shared space with the owner of the

home. We have an office space in the lower part of the home that is sometimes

used for the owner to teach music lessons. The actual space that guests will

be staying in is located up the stairs from the office and is separated by a

wooden bifurcation at the top. We will never go up the stairs into the guest

space so the home itself is entirely private!

Girls weekend

We enjoyed the apartment - it was great to be able to relax and hang out together.. the stairs were a challenge, but we managed. You might think of a way to put a railing at the very tops of the landing on the 3rd floor- the stairs are narrow and step. A couple of small issues - one window over the kitchen sink was missing the handle to crank it closed. It was great Fri night when it was warm - but kind of chilly the rest of the weekend. The emailed instructions gave us the wrong wi-fi password. You guys were quick to respond when I emailed. We were all set when we found the printed info in the kitchen with the correct login! Overall the rental was great! Thank you very much!

Good location but home issues

Very central location with lots of things within walking distance. 2 parking spots was nice in a city.We did ran into a couple of issues and the communication was very poor. When we got to the home to check in there were 2 cars parked in driveway. After waiting 15 minutes we saw the neighbors come outside to move their cars. They apologized and said their landlord never tells them when the home is being rented.We got upstairs, the bedroom with the king size bed had ants on the floor and climbing up the wall that the desk was pushed against. Friday night the door would not open, despite the correct code. After standing in their rain trying to figure it out, we had to knock on the downstairs neighbors windows to have them let us in, they said the door always has problems.Around 7am Saturday the fridge started leaking. We contacted the host after cleaning up the water. We ended up having to use most of the towels meant for showering. We went hours without a response. We then had to leave for an event, when we came back 3 hours later the entire kitchen floor was covered in water. I reached out again and the host explained someone would be coming shortly. This was at 3pm Saturday, however as of checkout Sunday no one showed up. To stop the leaking we had to physically pull the fridge out and shut off the water valve (looks like it was leaking from ice machine). Overall the stay was OK & fit our needs, but the issues and communication didn’t make for the best experience.
