About this space:
This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland's Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands.
Many of the city's best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are within walking distance from the house.
Park your car in the private parking spot behind the house and forget about it for a while and enjoy the city!
The space:
The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather.
The living room leads out to a private deck area.
The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds.
The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics)
Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack 'n Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know, and we will set them up for you.

All areas of the house are available to our guests.
Other things to note
There is one parking spot for our guests in the parking lot behind the house.
If you are visiting with 2 cars, there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple of doors down.

Beautiful place that was close to everything we needed, great central location. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment living space and another set for bedrooms, we didn’t mind at all but something to consider with large luggage.

The house was even better than expected. We arrived much later than anticipated but lights were left on and the house was easy to get into. The location was great and very easy to find and get back to. Lots of things within walking distance and even more within a short drive. Lots of little details in the home made it very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay again on another trip.

Place was super clean, very modern and comfortable. Bathroom seemed newly renovated. Host was very responsive and even left us a cute little note and some sweet treats as we arrived. The one parking spot in the back was a big plus and helpful. We were a two couple group looking for a little getaway weekend in Portland. The place allowed us to rest and relax easily. Would highly recommend!

This properly was perfectly suited for my wife and I, it is exactly as it is described. We were comfortable and enjoyed every minute at this property. We had to reschedule our flight which required us staying an extra night, Jennifer so graciously allowed us to stay another night. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Portland.

The house was just as cute as pictured, and the communication with our host was great - Jennifer was so responsive and welcoming! Great location, too! We were able to walk to the venue (PHOME) for a great show, and overall had an awesome weekend with our friends - great spot for a small group of friends! Thanks for the hospitality!

Cozy and restful rental!

This property is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Spotless, cozy and organized, well appointed and beautifully designed. The lighting, linens and plants really elevate the place - and the beds are amazing. We loved that everything was labeled and clear and that the rental was well stocked with everything we needed for a quick winter getaway with family. we will definitely re-book this amazing place!

Lovely home in a great location

My husband and I loved our stay here for a few days in Februrary. The host was easy to reach and accomodating. The house was charmingly decorated and looked to be recently rennovated. Beds were super comfy! The neighborhood was ideal. So much great food and beer within walking distance. Highly recommend!

A fantastic winter escape

While not considered the typical time for a visit to Portland, this property proves that Portland can shine in any season. Our host was incredibly responsive and hospitable to all of our questions, and the property was immaculate. All of the comforts of home were included, leaving guests to enjoy their stay. This space is ideal for enjoying the city, and cozy for a small group or couple. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Lovely place near Old Port

This home was absolutely perfect! The entire place was absolutely spotless. Decor was very nice, clearly well thought out. Everything was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my husband and I, and our adult son. The location couldn’t have been better! We walked everywhere - dinner, shopping, or just strolling along the shore. There were so many really thoughtful amenities - lots of little hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, clothing, etc. Bedside tables with little lamps for reading With coasters for a water bottle. The kitchen was fully stocked. All in all, an amazing place, and a fantastic visit to Portland!

When we first entered the unit I was trying to compare what I saw with the images that had been posted for the listing. The reality far exceeded those pictures. Clean, well-appointed home with super accommodating host!

Really enjoyed our stay with our 2 young daughters. The apartment is well lit, in a great location at the peak of Munjoy Hill and it was so easy to communicate with our host it made the stay feel easy and exactly what we wanted!
