    THE SPACE: The apartment features three inviting bedrooms—one master with an ensuite half-bath, a private bedroom tucked away on its own level, and a cozy third bedroom conveniently located on the main floor.

    Gather comfortably in the open living spaces featuring elegant hardwood floors, tasteful furniture, and plenty of natural light. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, opening seamlessly to the dining and living areas for easy entertaining.

    ACCESS: You will be able to access 24/7. Lockbox combination will be provided for contactless check-in. We give our guests space but are available 24/7 for any questions or needs.

David (our host) was wonderful and always available to answer questions about the area. The home is gorgeous, spotless, and well equipped… there was nothing we needed at all.We look forward to returning whenever we visit the Portland/Falmouth area.

Great Portland Location

Three Gables was the a great location for our visit in Portland. The house was very clean, well equipped and quite comfortable.Communications with the host were prompt and seamless.We highly recommend Three Gables for your visit to Portland!

The home was very clean. Kitchen functional, with a slightly odd layout for dishes and such. Great dining area for a large group, along with a nice sitting area. A/C worked well. Excellent location.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable providing much more than a hotel efficiency at a similar price point. It was convenient to New England Rehab where we were visiting my brother. There is a little coffee shop within walking distance where we were able to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches each morning. The Crooked Mile Coffee House & Cafe. Check in and check out were easy and the owner was very personable. There is ample parking on a quiet street and also a spot in the driveway. It's a lovely neighborhood! The Wi-Fi was great and there are TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. I highly recommend and my family and I will have this at the top of our list for future visits!
