Spacious 970 sq. ft. modern spacious 1-bedroom condo style apartment on the first floor in prime NW Portland Nob Hill location just 2 blocks from NW 23rd Ave. This like-new 1,000 sq ft large condo unit, located on a quiet, dead end street in the highly desirable alphabet district, has an open floor plan featuring a bedroom with King bed, full kitchen, dining area, cozy living room space with sleeper sofa, private bathroom, and patio with dining set. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and large closet. The unit has hardwood floors and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own patio for outside dining and entertaining. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer.

This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown.

The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this place. It's got every little thing you could need. It's clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is so great. Quiet street and very close to all sorts of shops and restaurants. Would stay here anytime we're in Portland!

The apartment was clean and located in a convenient area, it’s definitely apartment living though. We were on the first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from above us. Lots of running stand stomping. Also tough to find a close parking spot. Other than that all was good.

Nice accomidations/Parking a hassel

This apartment is a nice remodel, well done. For those of us that are not used to crawded Portland neighborhoods without on site parking requirments parking on the street can a frustration. We arrived in the evening for the first night and had to park the next street over to find a empty spot. Really appriciated the owner including a paid parking permit with the rental.

Great Place!

The apartment was wonderful. Very well furnished with everything in excellent condition, All appliances and dishes were good. The linens were terrific. Bath supplies excellent. Coffee and cream supplied. Great location. Parking permits supplied. Nice balcony. Very clean.Becky was wonderful and very responsive throughout the booking process as weekly as during our stay,We'll definitely stay there again.

My favorite VEBO yet!

I am a big time traveler, and this VRBO was perfect in every way! The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The place was located in a prime area that allowed us to walk to several cool locations, especially the Dragonfly coffee shop!! It was clean and stocked with all the right things to make it a pleasant experience. The highlight was the bedroom!! The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud!! I’m so happy we found this VRBO, and will definitely stay there again!!

Very nice place in a good neighborhood

We were recently on a short vacation to Portland and stayed here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The bed is quite comfortable, and the condo is very clean. Communication with Becky was easy, with quick response time. Checkin was quite easy. One note - parking is on the street, so you might have to drive around the block once or twice to find a spot.
