PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Easy stress free check-in. A lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and lots of space to relax. Super clean. Pretty decor with a charming outdoor space as well. Fun to watch the Sunday golfers too!!

Check-in was fine but had trouble opening the front door during our entire stay. The latch didn't work and the promotion video was not the same lock as our front door. Kitchen pots & pans were old and not clean. Blinds were broken, pond was dry and disgusting along with the lawn and surroundings. First day and 1/2 of the 2nd day we had no hot water. Waited for plumber but we were going to a Graduation ceremony and had to take cold showers. Repeated calls and texts for help but told they would get back to us. Owner came to the premises and we asked for some sort of compensation but as of today 7/30/25 we have had no response.

Suited our needs well

Very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities of this listing, as well as with the responsiveness of the host. The house has a few design quirks but nothing that impacted the overall quality of our stay. Plenty of room for our group of friends to sit and socialize both in the living room and around the dining room table. Listing did not include hair dryers but we did find at least two hair dryers present in the unit which was a nice surprise. Overall a great experience!

We needed a place to stay for an event at Mt Hood Community College and this place was perfect. Close to the school and places to eat without having to drive miles and miles.

Nice location; inside super clean when we arrived. Good communication with property manager, very responsive.Large house, fits 8 guests easily. Heat worked (dont know if there is AC)Due to yardbuildings not kept up, this is currently not a property for small childrenThe livingroom is 70’s sunken livingroom and not suitable for guests with mobility issuesThe gardens need TLC, so does the kitchenThere are no closets in large bedroomPlenty of bed linnen and towels availableNo outdoor furniture for relaxingNo outdoor dining tableNo bbqOnly 1 tv in the houseStrong wifiNo bowls, salad bowls and no cereal bowlsPlenty paper towel etcLarge new washer/dryerIn one bedroom the mattress frame is missing. A good clean property for the price we paid (under two hundred per night)
