    The Space:

    Stunning riverfront views of the Willamette welcome you to this spacious home just south of downtown Portland. Every room faces the river for spectacular river views no matter where you are. The opposite bank has been set aside as a conserved green space and will never be developed, so you can enjoy natural views all year round. The large covered deck features a custom 12-foot table and four six-foot benches. The adjacent patio features a gas grill for summertime cookouts.



    All-new furnishings and elegant home decor fill the two-story interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for your whole family. Kick back for streaming on the smart TV or board games in the living room, or set up at the dedicated desk to take care of some work-from-home needs. The massive open-concept kitchen is equipped for gourmet meal planning with features including a six-burner ZLINE-brand gas range/oven and a beverage fridge. The Keurig coffee maker features single-serve and traditional drip settings for morning brew convenience. The wet bar is equipped for happy hour hosting with features including a sink, a fridge, plenty of glasses, and bottle openers. All three bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. A mini-split air-conditioner is equipped in every room.



    The home is close to downtown Portland, local nature trails, Sellwood's antique district, and the Oregon City Falls. Multnomah Falls is just a short drive up the scenic Columbia River Gorge. The beach is also an easy day trip option. Seasonal farmers' markets, outdoor music venues, local shops, and riverside restaurants are all just minutes away in Oregon City. The Portland Waterfront is a haven for many year-round events and activities.

    Important! Do not walk onto on the river dock which belongs to the adjacent property. You will be cited for trespassing.

Great stay at the Willamette!

Stayed here to attend a wedding. Plenty of room, bathrooms in each bedroom, clean, cozy and had everything we needed! Beautiful view of the river and loved watching the geese. Recommended!

This is a beautiful, peaceful location full of fun on the river. The accommodations were wonderful and will definitely come back.

Everything in the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. The only issues we had were ants in the kitchen.

Great River Views

This house has stunning views of the river throughout. We never tired of sitting on the porch and watching the eagles, Canadian geese, kayakers and boats. This location was truly relaxing!

Great house

House is very beautiful!! The location is just amazing. It’s right next to the river and extremely beautiful. We just had an issue with cleaning as there was some trash left in the bedroom, otherwise everything was super perfect. Highly recommend the stay here.

The VIEWS!!!

Stayed at this beautiful place with family for our daughter’s wedding. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Comfortable and spacious with lots of privacy for three couples. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. And the incredible VIEWS of the river, the water fowl, the squirrels are just stunning. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful home with incredible views. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need. Amazing view of the river for enjoying your morning coffee and meals. Luxurious master bath with an indulgent shower. We will definitely book again. Very nice.

Beautiful home on the river!

Such a beautiful home and unique experience to be on the Willamette River. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood- quiet and peaceful. The home is extremely well appointed and clean! Bedrooms and bathrooms are well stocked. Comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen is state of the art. We will definitely stay again!

Oregon Trip

This property was a great peaceful place to return to after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Definitely recommend this place if you will be doing activities all over the area. It was central for us. We were able to do Multnomah falls and other waterfall trails one day and Cannon Beach on another. We also liked the close proximity to Portland for restaurants and shopping without needing to stay in Portland.

Beautiful house with an exquisite river view

The house is beautiful. The ensuite bedrooms gave everyone personal space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group - 6 burner gas stove/oven, large refrigerator, two sinks, well stocked, as well as a large gas grill. We had family in the area and they joined us for several meals. There is no dock and a very rocky shoreline that makes it difficult to enter the river for swimming, but we managed. I hope there is a dock planned for the future! Great house, great stay. Thank you.

Beautiful house on a beautiful river

We spent 4 nights - 6 adults and a 2 yr old. The river views are beautiful. The en suite bedrooms gave everyone space and privacy. The large gourmet kitchen is well stocked- a pleasure to cook! We have family in the area and they joined us for swimming, back yard hanging, and dinners. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. The rocky entrance to the water is tricky, but we managed. (We brought our own kayak and tubes.) We will surely return! I hope there is a dock next time?
