BEDROOMS
There are two king-size beds and two queen-size beds in this home. The master retreat is the only bedroom on the third floor. It features a King size bed and living room. This large bedroom features an oversized sofa and wall-mounted 50 inch flat-screen smart TV.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and is located on the second level.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large closet.

BATHROOMS
The two-and-a-half bathrooms in this modern home are designed with ultimate comfort and convenience in mind. One bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors and his/her sinks. The other features a tub/shower combo and vanity area. The third is a powder room on the first floor.

KITCHEN, LOUNGE AND DINING
The kitchen has granite countertops, double sink, pantry and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking a meal for your group. Coffee maker, French press, blender and toaster are at your disposal.

An elevated breakfast bar with three high top seats creates a casual and convenient place for you to enjoy an afternoon snack and chat with friends and family in the kitchen and in the living room. The hardwood floors continue from the kitchen into the open concept living area. This bright and colorful common space is complete with gas fireplace, large 50 inch flat-screen smart TV, built-in shelving, and plush area rug.

Everyone can find their favorite place on the mid-century leather sofa. Contemporary light fixtures add some warm glow to the room and floor-to-ceiling glass door and windows make it easy to transition from indoor to outdoor living.

OUTSIDE SPACE
This home is perfect if you want to live like a local and want to entertain like one. The backyard is the ideal outdoor space for your group. There is a stone fire pit, garden, and plenty of lush green grass. The backyard is fully fenced in and features an outdoor table with a large umbrella and seating for four. Parking for two vehicles end to end in the driveway.

A fantastic place. The home was spacious, clean, and well maintained. 100% accurate pictures in the listing. Fully stocked kitchen with all the accoutrements needed to cook. Bathrooms were stocked with spare toiletries (q-tips, cotton puffs, etc.) which - while we did not need - are a nice touch if you forget some things. A nice fire pit in the backyard which we did not get to use because of the rain during our stay. Beautiful fresh plants throughout the home put a great finishing touch on the home. Book this place - you won’t regret it.

Rusty's house is beautiful and one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio. All of the beds were great and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is within a reasonable distance of anyplace you want to go in Portland. Rusty was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Rusty's place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything—from the soft linens to the well-equipped bathroom and kitchen—was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The house had everything we could possibly think of, from puzzles and books to a first-aid kit; you name it, it was there. When we discovered that one of the shower heads wasn't working properly, we contacted Rusty and he immediately ordered a replacement and came to fix it. We had a relaxing and enjoyable three-week vacation here. If we ever need a place again, we’ll definitely come back.

Extended family meet up

Stayed for a visit with family in the area. The house could not have been more perfect for us. Kitchen well appointed, beds super comfy. Would definitely stay again whenever we visit in the future!

Best VRBO we have stayed in!

Everything in the home is in excellent shape down to every detail. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. There is a cozy fireplace and a nice fire pit in the backyard. Kitchen appliances are top notch. Neighborhood is safe and accessible. Communication was very fast. Would highly recommend.

Super Quiet and Close to Everything

We stayed for a family wedding at Scholls Valley Lodge. House was super clean, very quiet and close to everything we needed. I loved that the host made access easy and check out a breeze! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Portland/Beaverton area!

Great place, great owner

The house is very nice, plenty of space for 6 of us. Location is good, not too far from Portland proper or wine country. The owner was super responsive- we had a concern and he came and took care of it within hours.

Beautiful but no hot tub

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The listing said that there was a hot tub but there wasn’t so we were a bit disappointed about that.

Very Nice House

Rusty's house was very comfortable and worked well for me and my family during our recent visit to Tigard. The reviews we ready before booking talked about not enough parking, but we were able to put two cars in the driveway and still keep the sidewalk open.
