Located just a 5-minute walk from Praia da Rocha beach.

Comprising a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI.

The bedroom and living room have access to a balcony with a view of Praia da Rocha.

The accommodation is located in an area where you can enjoy your holidays without noise and disturbances, being ideal for relaxing with your family and/or friends.



Within a short distance of the apartment there are supermarkets, gyms, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.



The accommodation has a specific parking space (for small cars) in the building's garage.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



Obs:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m³.

Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
