    The location is magical because you have everything right on site—from walks along the sea or on the cliffs to the nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants—you’ll be spoiled for choice, not to mention the evening strolls to the Santa Catarina Fortress.

    Apartment description:

    - 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and an 81 cm TV that works with the provided TV stick.
    - 1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 people featuring a high-quality mattress - 1 94 cm flat-screen TV - 1 internet router - 2 coffee tables
    - Sheets and towels provided
    - 1 bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, 7 kg front-loading washing machine, and 2100W hair dryer.
    - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a 60-liter under-counter oven, a 20-liter microwave, a 300-liter refrigerator/freezer, and a 12-place-setting dishwasher. Brand-name small appliances including a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Delta Q capsule espresso machine (capsules are readily available at convenience stores and supermarkets).
    - 1 12m² terrace with garden furniture: 1 teak table and 4 teak chairs. Electric griddle for outdoor use only.

    - 1 enclosed underground parking space with a designated spot (access controlled by the apartment’s magnetic key card).
    - 2 swimming pools, including 1 for children and the other for adults, with a depth of up to 2 m

Appartement très confortable idéal famille 4 personnes. Super bien situé ! À 5 mn de la mer et de la marina. Le propriétaire est très sérieux et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. Je recommande sans hésiter

Confortável e organizado

Apartamento confortável, muito limpo e bem decorado. Cozinha bem organizada, com bons quipamentos, excelente grelhador na varanda. Bom sofá cama, ar condicionado na sã (pena não ter no quarto...). Em suma, uma ótima estadia, perto da praia e com ar clean. Recomendo👍

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un très belle semaine dans cet appartement super équipé, il ne manque rien , tout était parfait, ponctualité de la personne qui nous recevait , gentillesse et amabilité. Appartement bien situé, proche de tout , très propre et came . Et petit cadeau de bienvenu ( bouteille de vin , gateaux locaux, etc...) Si nous revenons dans la region , nous retournerons ici sans hesiter.

Great Well Equipped Apartment.

The host created us on arrival and at check out. The apartment is only a 10-15 min walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment block has a wonderful pool area. This is a wonderful 1 bed apartment and is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials that anyone would require, if you want cook. I would recommend.

Excelente estadia no Clube Praia Mar

Check-in muito fácil e a comunicação com a Rosa foi fantástica, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Semana na companhia de esposa e dois netos. O nosso Yokshire tb foi agradávelmente aceite (merci Philippe). O Apartamento apresenta-se de uma forma irrepreensível, com muito bom nível de equipamento.e uma decoração muito agradável. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa durante a semana de estadia. O pormenor do grelhador eléctrico numa das duas varandas, foi muito útil. O wi-fi é rápido e as televisões têm imensos canais. Definitivamente recomendo este apartamento. A localização é central

Schöne Wohnung, nah am Strand. Garage. Lage zur Nordseite imSommer schön, im Winter weniger. Freundlicher Vermieter, der sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Wonderful apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is a very clean and attractive apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The apartment is in a great location and you can reach most stores, restaurants or buses, within a 10-15 minute walk. It is also less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Très bel appartement idéalement placé

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et situé à proximité de notre plage préférée Do Amado. Il y a une boulangerie pas trop loin et un hypermarché à 5mn en voiture. Le garage en sous-sol est un gros plus ainsi que la piscine qui est bien agréable. L'accueil de Rosa sur place est au top, elle est très agréable et serviable. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Bel appartement bien équipé!

Un peu bruyant avec la salle de sport en bas, heureusement on était au 7ele étage! On a entendu de la musique venant de l'extérieur de samedi à dimanche soir! A part ça, tout était bien surtout le parking et la piscine (attention au code lorsqu'il change)!

Très bon séjour à Portimao

Location plutôt bien placée (20 min de Praia da Rocha et 10 min de Praia da Vau). Appartement propre, bien agencée. Rosa nous a bien accueilli et a été disponible. Merci pour tout!

Amazing location and amenities and a good apartment

The amenities and location were awesome and the apartment was nice. It could have been stocked better (soap, dish sponge, detergent?) and we had trouble with finding the place at check in.

Wir haben zu dritt 9 Tage im Appartment verbracht. Das Appartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr günstig gelegen in der Nähe der Strände und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können es sowohl für kurzen, als auch für längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Férias em Clube praia mar

Receção pela D. Sandra impecável, e preocupada no que poder ajudar. Apartamento bem localizado, limpeza impecável, amplo, e excelente comodidades e com tudo que é necessário para umas férias tranquilas e agradáveis em família. 2 piscinas excelentes, 1 com 60cm ideal para quem leva crianças a outra até 2,20m para os mais experientes. Certamente voltamos numas próximas férias. Obrigado

Magnifique super appartement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est super tout équipé convient pour une famille avec enfants, magnifique vue et superbe terrasse vraiment agréable. La plage praia da rocha a 5 minutes a pied superbe.
