"As advertised. Very cute room. It’s very small but you don’t want to stay in your room while you’re in Rome!! Communal kitchen. (Nothing in there) Comfy bed. Owner was amazing. Met us when we got there and showed us where things were. Loved it"

"Clean and well maintained hotel. The staff do not seem to care about the guests here. I was watching TV with other guests in the hotel lobby. A staff member approached us and asked us to turn down the volume which I thought was strange as we had been watching TV for an hour or so while having cocktails from the bar. The staff member told us that the TV volume was disrupting other guests who were trying to work. Then the staff member had a loud internal staff meeting right next to us in the lobby...

The location is incredible— it is in the center of everything you want to see — St Peter’s, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, etc etc. The staff is first rate, very very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. And the included breakfast is absolutely incredible. Espresso made to order the second you walk inside! Every kind of delightful pastry available. Bacon and eggs and sausage! Also a lot of healthy choices like yogurt and granola. Fresh juices etc etc...
