"The house was beautiful and in great condition. Jairo was an amazing host! He was very responsive and set up some great adventures for us (white water rafting, catamaran, waterfall hike). Johana was outstanding. She cooked excellent breakfast every morning and kept the property clean and tidy. She always had our beach towels cleaned and folded for us to start the day. The property is on a fairly steep hill so I would recommend renting a golf cart. "

"We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. "Our family of 12 had an amazing vacation here! We had six adults, two teenagers, and children from infant all the way to eight years old. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful home! The four master bedrooms with king size beds, and private bathrooms made for a wonderful and relaxing time together, with space to spread out and have some privacy as well. "The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. "

"The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!"

"Beautiful property and the concierge was extremely helpful! The only thing I’ll say is be prepared to drive. Nothing is really walkable but great stay regardless. "
