Unfortunately, we were rained out for 3 full days and spent our time inside, so offer that perspective. The kitchen is well-equipped. WIFI is good. "We did not have high expectations, however it was very similiar to staying in student housing. We had to clean many dishes before we used them. It is a run down house.
