Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted."

"Very comfortable room and warm friendly staff. We only stayed one night prior to flying out of Pisa, but the staff helped us store luggage before check in, recommended lunch, arranged an early airport shuttle, and provided breakfast items we could eat prior to their regular service at 8:30am. Super helpful! The wifi was inadequate in our room, which made online check-in for flights infeasible. We noticed the next morning that their main lobby had a strong signal. Good AC."
