The front desk attendant told us that lightening had struck the building and caused the tv to go out. So it was an option to continue our stay or not. "My experience at the Thunderbird in was beyond frustrating from every standpoint. I booked a stay from Monday 7/6/26 - Friday 7/10/26. When i am checked into my first room Monday Night, the room i am given does not have a shower curtain. I tell the staff, and just ask if I can be moved to a different room upstairs with a shower curtain. They agree and when i check into my room upstairs, there are 2 spiders on the bed.
