The Space:
The Space by STAE-Homes, is a large 4 bedroom house, providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg. The Space is a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley. Access to the national cycle path is also just 50 meters away. Glyncorrwg fishing ponds, local swimming pool and Aberafon are all nearby.

The Space by STAE-Homes is a fully-self-contained home that includes everything you need for your stay; including a WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms, a comfortable living space and 2 shower rooms, WCs and basins.

Bedroom 4 includes a single bed

A roll-out bed is available to use in the large dining area for the 7th person.

There is an enclosed patio garden with furniture with great views over a traditional Welsh community and beautiful mountains.

There is plenty of free unrestricted street parking plus a gated private parking bay to the rear.

Whether you want to go mountain biking in the Afan Forest Bike Park, or just want to get away from it all in this peaceful part of Wales, this property has everything you need for that home from home feeling. All bedding, towels etc. are provided.

A Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request (note, we do provide cot bedding).

Access to the cycle path leading to the bike trails and a local pub is 50m away.

The local town swimming pool is 100m away.

The house is typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date.
