Cozy house, easy access, steps from the beach, no stairs to kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom.
New addition just completed 1-1-25, We added 2 new bedrooms, larger living room, and A full bathroom.
Plenty of parking.
A true piece of Mexico Beach History. One of the few historic cottages still around. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We have great wifi and Smart tv`s for your use. 5% local taxes will be withheld extra

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. (The washer and dryer were a little high for short me. Good thing my hubby was there!) Loved the porch and the view of the Gulf. Loved that I could be at the beach in less than a two minute walk!

Mexico Beach Bungalow

This place is perfect.. loved sitting on patio with an excellent view of the beach…very friendly neighborhood…the rental was very clean and was well stocked with anything you might need to make your trip relaxing… we will definitely be back!!!!

Beach house

The place was amazing!! We loved how we could just walk to the beach. Very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds to sleep in! Nothing went wrong while we were there. Loved the little front porch lots of chairs to sit in. The grill came in very handy when we got hungry and nothing was open. We had such a great time!! Thanks for letting us stay there!!

We had a great time! Did just what we felt like. Loved the big front porch and the fact we could sit on the porch and view the ocean. Beach was super close, short walk. Not a fancy place but had everything we needed. Loved it!

Bestie beach trip

This was a girls trip with my best friend. We loved the porch, we could drink our coffee and see the ocean while sitting on our porch. Small but very cozy and clean. Such a quiet, friendly neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again!!

Great location!

For the price the location is outstanding. The view of the gulf from the porch is great. The house was clean. But be aware the bathroom is much smaller than appears in the photo. If you are very big at all you won't be able to use the toilet. The shower is very small and not very nice. I've had better showers at a campground. It says it sleeps 7 but I'm not sure how. Unless at least 4 are small children. It is a old style beach home that survived the hurricane and has a great view. The porch is it's best feature. So as long as you're ok with rustic the view from the porch makes up for it.

Great property and location.

Everything was as expected. Very nice house plenty big. Scenery was beautiful. Front porch will be missed. Only grudge is that the yard didn’t get mowed until our last day there. Walking through the tall yard and getting sticky seeds on everything Made it where we couldn’t really use the fire pit. Besides that it was great
