Awesome!

Loved how close we were to the beach! We walked everytime we went! And the beach supplies provided in the shed were so helpful! Def would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as it was listed. The decor was really cute and beachy . Distance to be beach was an easy walk, but we take to much stuff to the beach so we drove just a very short way and parked right by a board walk. We had plenty of room for our family and my daughters dog. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The neighborhood was a short walking distance from the beach and the area was quiet and relaxing. The size of the home was perfect for 4 adults! The kitchen was overall fairly clean and we had no issues with the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

The best week on the beach!

Our family had the best week on the beach. This house was perfect for the 6 of us. We all felt right at home. Sean was an awesome host and responsive to any questions I had about the house/area. Our new fav beach vacation place. We can’t wait to go back!

Beach vacation

Our stay was amazing! The property was Amazing! The house was perfect beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. We will definitely be booking this place again. The beach was like having our own private beach, very short walk and no stairs.

Great Location in Mexico Beach

The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. Neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to us. Great front screened in porch that we used alot. Beds are very comfortable. Just a block off the beach that we pretty much had to ourselves. So many great places to choose from to eat at! We were never disappointed! Love the area.

Restful Spring Break

This home is as pictured and beyond - a perfect size f 2 couples or a small family. Sean & his wife have all of the details dialed in - nice towels & sheets, convenient hooks f clothes & towels, cubbies f storage, adjustable lighting/dimmers, kitchen had everything we needed. The wireless speaker was a bonus. The living space is very comfortable & we enjoyed having the front door open to the screened porch to feel the breeze. Easy walk to a soft white sand fabulous beach. We enjoyed our short trips to Port Saint Joe & Apalachicola for delicious seafood & shopping. Our teenager loved the upstairs space! Great communications w our host. Quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful getaway from our busy lives. We hope to rent this home again someday.
