Are you seeking to toast an amazing crimson sunset, then gather around a roaring beach bonfire that invites you to roast marshmallows, engage in lively conversation, chill and prepare your satisfied expectations for another great day in the morning ?

If you are dreaming of again enjoying those endless lazy days relaxing on an expansive, uncrowded, pristine sugar-white sand beach, then your expectations are ready to be fulfilled with a stay at Bluewater Beach House !

Bluewater Beach House is a freshly remodeled, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom quintessential gulf-front vacation beachhouse, with all the amenities you expect, and deserve, to fulfill your relaxing beach get-away dream.

The spacious kitchen is newly updated, from the high-end stainless appliances to the solid surface counters. Three bedrooms have brand-new luxurious king bedding and flat-panel smart TV's. The fourth bedroom has built-in bunks and a brand-new queen bed. En suite bathrooms adjoin two master bedrooms, and the third and fourth bedroom share a guest bath.

The spacious family room features beautiful water-front vistas, as well as a 60 inch smart TV, when you are in the movie-watching or gaming mode !

Every room in the house has ceiling fans, adding quiet comfort to your stay.

When you venture outside, the gas bbq is ready to grill your meal to perfection, while you enjoy a refreshing beverage, and feel the relaxing salt air breezing in over the pristine dune.

There is carport parking under the house, as well as generous space to store your watercraft, etc. In front. There is a large storage room, containing chairs, 'floaties' and other toys to assure that you fully enjoy the beach.

Upon your return, there is a convenient, private outdoor shower to rinse off before you go inside.

If you are ready to chill, there are two large beach-facing porches, one of which is fully screened, ideal for just 'vegging'.

We LOVED the house and proximity to the beach. It does have a lot of stairs for those who need to be careful, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. There are plenty of big beds to choose from and everything you need in a kitchen is there. We would definitely choose this house again!

Incredible property with the best stocked kitchen our family has ever experienced at a rental. The views from the upper covered porch of the ocean and sunsets are superb! Screened porch is nice for evening downtime and no bugs. Well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The beach is only a few steps away, directly over the dune, and the property has an added bonus of a room full of chairs, wagon, floats etc for guest use which was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Excellent spot on the north end of the Cape!

Great spot. Would stay again. A little tight space-wise in the main level 2 bedrooms, but no biggie. Tow bedrooms upstairs were roomy. Beach gear storage area had 10-plus chairs for use, beach cart, toys and boogie boards for the kids, and several other amenities. Unit was clean and tidy, TVs and Wi-Fi worked great. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils. It’s super-close to the state park and basically right across the street from Coneheads. Hosts were great to work with. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and quiet. During our stay, we cooked a couple meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There are a variety of board games, which our family enjoyed playing. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our week! The house was perfect and the beach and location amazing! The house had so many beach supplies we wouldn’t have even needed to bring what we did so it was such a nice bonus. The kitchen was the best stocked of any Vrbo house I’ve ever stayed in as well. Spacious gulf front home

We enjoyed our beautiful and peaceful stay on Cape San Blas. The house was in a great location near the end of the Cape right on the gulf. The house was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this house. Only one problem: the gas grill was unusable since it was completely rusted out.
