*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. We have stayed at several different houses and this was my favorite. Beautiful views from balconies. Unfortunately the beach access is not easy for someone with bad knees. I had to walk down to thepublicbeach.been
