Dorris Beach House – Two Palms is a beautifully decorated and updated coastal cabana located right on the beach. This spacious retreat offers comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views from nearly every room.

On the main floor, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a welcoming bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two queen-size beds. Three of these four bedrooms include their own full en-suite bathrooms, and all offer ample storage, smart TVs, and direct access to the deck, where you can step out and soak in the incredible beach views.

The well-designed kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and plenty of supplies, making it easy to prepare family meals, enjoy a friendly cook-off, or whip up simple snacks. Both the kitchen and living room open to beautiful views of the beach, creating a wonderful space for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time together. If you forget anything, shops are conveniently located just a third of a mile away.

Whether you’re traveling with couples, families, or a large group seeking a perfect blend of shared space and quiet retreats, this home delivers. The back stairs connect directly to the beach from every level, making it effortless to come and go from the sand. Additional amenities include parking for up to four vehicles, a full-size washer and dryer, and smart TVs throughout the home for streaming your favorite entertainment.

All rentals are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. Keep an eye on the clock because it changes suddenly without much fanfare. Beacon Hill borders Bay County where the local time zone switches to Central.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
