We were in town for a wedding. The house was close to everywhere we need to go. The home was clean and well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at Pelican Kiss

We really enjoyed our stay! Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with beach access. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but I wish the beach was closer & the beds were more comfortable & a/c worked better.

We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for us. The only issue we had was communication during check in. We didn’t receive the code to the door until almost 30 minutes past the check in time. All communication sent from the host seemed to be automated and not in a very timely manner. Other than the issue with check in, the house was great and we really loved hanging out on the screened in front porch. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Spacious and comfortable home. Short easy walk to boardwalk and the beach. Comfortable bed! Quiet neighborhood. Great choice for vacation with our 2 dogs. Would stay again.

Our vacation get away

Had a wonderful time at Pelican Kiss Beach Cottage. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was a short distance and was simply gorgeous. Powder white sand and very secluded. We had a wonderful time.

This was a get away for our anniversary. Clean house! Easy access to beach and local towns. Quiet and peaceful. Great decor! Sweet house.

We loved the area. It was nice and quiet. The house was very spacious. It was a great place to stay and plan to go back next year!! The only thing that we had a problem with was the code getting in the door. It was extremely long. We had to pull the phone out and read it out to the other every time. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Pelican Kiss

We had a great time during our stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean , beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room were spacious. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful! We will be back. Only complaint is the outside landscape and deck need some cleaning up.

Christmas stay 2024

This was a very relaxing. All the neighbors were nice to us while we were there. Beach wasn't much for handicapped accessibility which we would have liked but still very close and easy walking distance. The boardwalks were awesome. We didn't use the pool because of temps during December but would like to come back in the summer and enjoy that amenity as well. Awesome place with awesome accommodations. Loved our stay. God bless everyone involved with this rental.
