The direct beach access of this house is what drew us to this property but we were impressed with all the house and amenities. Pool, hot tub, and the beach- this is a great stay. House is big and beautiful with lots of room for big families.

This house is huge. You definitely have enough room to bring your entire family. The swimming pool was the kid’s favorite part because it was huge and the water was cold. I’ve never stayed at a Florida VRBO with such a huge pool and a pool that doesn’t feel like bath water. The host responds quickly to any questions you may have. Port St Joe is a wonderful vacation destination and we plan to come back next year.

Loved the location and beach. House had plenty of room and everything needed for our 7 day stay, which was fantastic. House just lacked a little maintenance. (elevator didn't work, burners on left side of stove didn't work and pool area had weeds growing in the pavers) Every one still had a great time and we loved all the games/puzzles they supplied. The little picky things aside, we would book this place again in a heart beat. Don't let it stop you from renting this place, you'll love it as much as we did!

Our host promptly communicated with us whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this rental. It’s a beautiful place to stay with all the amenities plus more.

Perfect spot on the Forgotten Coast

Spring Break ‘23 in early April, perfect weather. Plenty of space and rooms for 2-3 families, pool (unheated), hot tub, beach front, excellent bars/restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised with local, non-touristy vibe!

Amazing stay!

The house had so much provided that it was a relief travelling there. The toiletries and dishes were provided as well as the beach towels and towels for the house. This house was amazing

The house was a dream and fit our family perfect. The view was amazing and directly on the beach. The beach was wide and secluded and gave our little ones plenty space to run and play. We did seafood takeout which was pretty convenient. Lynn was great to communicate with and took care of all of our needs very timely. 10/10.

Could not use the pool much as it is in shade most of the day and it was too chilly to enjoy using it as much as we had hoped. The location is beautiful but the black flies on the beach in the daytime were a drawback. The house is very nice and accommodated us well. Gorgeous views from all the decks and windows.

Tday cousin week

This property worked great for our every two year cousin family beach Thanksgiving gathering. The location was perfectly set with spectacular beach access and stunning sunset views. The house accommodated our five families (18 people) with a few beds to spare. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.Only suggestion would be to have another refrigerator and a few more living area chairs.

Dream Beach House

From the moment we stepped into the elevator and arrived to the 1st floor living area everything was perfect! The view took our breath away as we looked out the ceiling to floor windows and saw the beautiful beach and ocean!The chefs kitchen had everything we could need to prepare our meals. The bedroom offered comfortable sleeping bedding! We will absolutely return soon!

Lovely house

We loved Good Day Sunshine! House was nicely stocked but bring your own beach chairs. Beds were comfy and lots of room. Location is perfect to all the things. Be mindful if you have a low car, we got rain the first week and the giant puddle lasted the entire month at the end of the drive way. We hope to be back next year, it was our best house we have stayed at.

Great Getaway

The beach house was great, and it was made exceptional with a great host who was responsive to our questions on arrival. We were able to quickly make this a home away from home, and we didn't need to leave to find something to do with the pool, hot tub, and beach at the doorstep. Arrival and departure was made simple with the elevator. The kitchen and dining area was ample for our group of 11. We look forward to returning in the future!

The house is large, featuring 4 master suites with private en-suite bathrooms (2 per level) as well as two 6-bed bunkrooms (2 per level). The house is well-equipped for all sorts of meal prep and sufficient space for (15 people) dining together...by far the most we've ever experienced. The location is quiet, the beach is fairly wide and not a long walk from the house. The kids loved the pool after several days of beach time. Our host was very attentive to all our questions. Upon arrival, the cleaning staff were not quite done but allowed us to get our groceries loaded into the fridge and freezer and proceeded to wrap up quickly and give us some good advice about the house, area and beach flag meanings. The "pool guy" was fantastic!! Super quick with cleaning the pool and hot tub and has the most amazing personality. He provided so much additional information and offered to give us any assistance we needed. Between our large group, none of us ever had such a great experience with the owner, cleaning staff and maintenance staff. All in all, we had a great trip and the listing was very accurate. Thanks Lynn and support staff!

Location location location

This was our first ‘on the beach’rental and it did not disappoint. No house is perfect but the set up on the very quiet beach was amazing. Lynn was very responsive when I contacted her and our local contact “guy” was so nice! He helped with the pool/spa and asked if we needed anything. The ability to walk just a few steps to the beach was exactly what I was looking for! Coffee every morning on the decks was so relaxing. We loved Port St. Joe…good memories made…I think we will come back!

Outstanding property, right on the beach! The four en-suite king bedrooms and two bunk rooms were perfect for a whole family getaway. There was plenty of room on the open main floor for all 14 of us to gather. Loved all the outdoor seating options on the deck overlooking the beach, as well as around the pool - which, of course, was a huge hit with the kids. Loved the proximity to the sand and the relatively few stairs needed to get over the dunes. The area is quiet and the beach almost felt private with all the space we had. Would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet spot for a multi-family gathering, and are ok with an area that doesn’t have a ton of “touristy” attractions nearby.

Spectacular beach house

This beach house was Amazing for my family of 15. Very cleaned, spacious and comfortable for all ages. House is right on the beach, which is a plus when traveling w/children. Pool/Jacuzzi were added plus when adults/children want a break from beach. Plenty of privacy and wonderful views from all decks. Layout is great for big families. Gourmet kitchen was well stocked, making it easy when cooking lunch/dinners. Elevator came in handy when hauling bags, suitcases up 3 floors. We had a very enjoyable stay and will keep it in mind for next vacation.

The house was perfect other than subpar cleanliness, most notably in the bathrooms. Beach towels were provided which was an added bonus, plenty of dishes for a large crew. The beaches were next to empty our entire stay. The pool and hot tub had safety features which is great for small kiddos. The only negatives were the lack of outside lighting for packing and unpacking in the dark and all of the stairs with luggage (we did not utilize the elevators mostly due to failure to work them on our part).

The house layout is great for a large family trip. The beach is quiet and clean. The pool is a great size and we appreciated Lynn turning on the pool heater as it was quite cold. We felt that the house needs some TLC and had a few hiccups during our trip; bats living under two balconies, kitchen mitt had holes causing me to burn my hand, grill was out of propane, dishwasher was full upon arrival, saw more bugs than I would have liked, and you can tell there’s been water damage in the house previously but there was an active leak while we were there. Upon notifying Dylan and Lynn I did not hear back, but the maintenance guy went into the house without notifying us until after.Don’t get me wrong - the trip was great, but for what we paid I was a little disappointed.
