This brand-new (2023) beach home is perfect for your next Gulf Coast getaway.

Along with access to a sparkling on-site pool, you'll be right next to the beach boardwalk for unbeatable access to the sand and surf. The provided beach chairs and wagon ensure every day on the shore is a memorable one. Anglers can enjoy world-class surf fishing right from the shore at Windmark Beach. Set your pole up for pompano, spotted seatrout, and redfish. Come for scallop season and catch your limit. Walk to the town center for live music, great food and cocktails, or a game of cornhole. Make sure to stop by the spa for a massage or facial. The home is a short drive to the town of Port Saint Joe where you will find great restaurants and unique shops. The golf course is calling all duffers for a day at the links.

At the end of the day, grab your drink of choice from the wine cooler and relax on the private patio where you watch for local birds and wildlife, all while catching incredible sunsets. A full kitchen comes well-appointed for all your home cooking needs, while the grill outside invites the group chef to sear your meals to perfection. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely Amazing

The property was just amazing. It was beautiful. It was clean, Right next to the boardwalk to the beach. Everything you needed for the beach was in the garage for your use: a wagon, chairs, beach toys. I didn't want to leave.

Port Saint Joe hideaway

This was a really great find. We got best of both worlds at this house. We had access to the beach which was a quick golf cart ride away and a quick car ride away from Mexico Beach, Downtown Port Saint Joe and approx 45-50 mins away from Cape San Blas. The house had everything we needed, very clean, and plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Loved this for our family vacation!

We loved this beautiful home. Spacious enough for my family of 4 as well as my dad. The home came with all the things you need for a great beach stay including chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, etc. Beach access was a little trickier than we anticipated but the golf cart made that SO much easier. The home itself came with a well equipped kitchen too so breakfast and lunch there were easy. Great location with access to local restaurants and grocery stores.

Cute house, OK location

Let’s start with the house. Checkin was seamless, the house was very cute, clean, well decorated and appointed with mostly all of the essentials. There were cordless phone chargers everywhere which was a nice touch and plenty of space for 4 adults, a 3 and 1 year old. They had beach items which was also very handy and toys and books for small children. The neighborhood pool was also amazing! Location: here’s where it gets a little meh. If you are staying here and expecting to walk to the beach with your cooler, tents, chairs, etc: don’t. It’s an 8 minute walk carrying nothing and the “path” to the beach is a narrow deep sandy trail through brush and schlepping your stuff is not advised. Also, the beach itself behind the house was pretty nasty - absolutely covered in seaweed and the water was dirty brown. That being said, we decided to drive towards Mexico Beach and try that instead and ended up stopping about 10 minutes from the house at a roadside beach access where the sand was much cleaner and clear and had a pretty lovely beach day. Parking was relatively empty and the beach stayed pretty quiet - it’s also June and peak Summer season with school out. In the opposite direction about 10-15 minutes is an adorable downtown area and we tried several restaurants and every meal we had was very good. Overall I would absolutely recommend this house and stay if you want a chill and relaxing beach vacation BUT just know you need to drive to an acceptable beach.

Beautiful new home and view

Spacious, clean, High-quality appliances. The walk to Port St Joe beach was about 20 minutes. The only thing I would want is one more bathroom because our group was comprised of both family and friends.
