Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie, located in the heart of Florida's Treasure Coast less than an hour north of Palm Beach, is a growing urban area that has not lost a sense of "the real Florida." Port St. Lucie is a city in St. Lucie County, Florida, United States. It is the most populous municipality in the county with a population of 164,603 at the 2010 census due to its rapid growth during the 2000s. It is located 125 miles (201 km) southeast of Orlando and 113 miles (182 km) north of Miami. In 2019, the United States Census Bureau estimated the city's population at 201,846. My family and I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Laura is amazing, she answered every question we had, is kind and reasonable. Booking was easy, it's reasonably priced. The place is beautiful, clean, has many places to sleep. It's in a nice neighborhood, everybody was friendly and helpful, and It's close to town and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Only three things were a let down… one we couldn’t have more than 10 regardless if it’s children without getting charged extra! Other the garbage containers had garage in them when we got there, flies would be all over and enter the house through back screen when BBQing… garbage pick up don’t come often enough… and AC unit don’t make it cool enough is faulty would freeze if you put temperature down too low so if you like it cold better not go here. Otherwise place looked nice, near shops close drive to the beaches.

No issues with renting the house It was described accurately and items in the house worked properly A fire alarm needed a new battery and the owner worked with us to fix it.

This place was perfect for our two families 7-day vacation. The house had plenty of beds for our party of 10, we loved the open concept space so we didn’t feel crowded, the kids loved the game room and it was a perfect location. We’d definitely come back!

Perfect house for our first high school sailing regatta. Enough for all the kids to have a place to eat. Game room was perfect! Clean for the most part but some minor things were overlooked. Definitely would stay there again!

While renting this property, the bedroom setup has a little misconception. Two of the bedrooms has pictures that looks like a bunk bed AND an additional bed, however, once we arrived, one of the rooms had two twin beds and another had only a bunk bed. Also, none of the bedrooms had televisions so either the group agreed to share the TV in the living room or had to use their cells phones or not watch TV at all. When we arrived, the water was not on. I contacted the property owner immediately and I did not receive a response until two hours later ( we emailed, sent texts and called several times). We had to go elsewhere to use the restroom for several hours until we returned to the property around 5 hours later. We were never notified when the water was turned on. The water temperature is luke warm at best and it doesn't last if both showers are being used around the same time. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

We had a great stay here! Everything went very smoothly. The only thing I would have liked to change is that the main bathroom has an extra high sink and there is no stool so my 4 year old had to be held up to wash his hands.

This property was perfect for our family. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were amples places to shop and eat nearby and less than 15 minutes to public beach access at Jensen Beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was exquisitely clean and in a lovely neighborhood and close to many attractions. The home did have the minimum with no spare linens or pillows and was barely equipped in the kitchen. It’s a great place for a short stay.

Laura’s place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The house is nicely decorated. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Loved the garage converted into a game room. The house is located closed to all the sites we wanted to see. Really close to restaurants, malls and supermarkets. Communication with the host was great. Fast responder and caring. We would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
