"Emily is the best host. Very good at communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Everything we could need was there. Nice bedding and towels. The beach is right there. It was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it. Planning to go back and will stay at this same place for sure!"

"Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!"

"We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!"

"The property was very nice. The only complaints I have is that there isn't a grill, the fan outside at the pool would not come on and the fan in the living room roared so loud you could not leave it on. I would stay here again. "

We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times. I thought the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped with cooking necessities but we were able to cook plenty and enjoy it all. The upstairs master bed...

"Unit is as advertised. Very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well enough to cook and eat. It even had dishwashing liquid and paper towels. The beds were comfortable. Soft, but comfortable. The deck facing the gulf is large and has a clear view. We were amazed with the sunsets. This is a relaxed life style. No hustle or bustle. Just laid back. Small intimate restaurant and a few shops. "Had problems with the tv in living saying the memory was full had to use one in bedroom , batteries in one of the remotes in dirt bed room not working., the stove would flip the breaker when turned on over and stovetop eyes . But other than that it was clean and nice place to stay. "

"Plus items: Nice sofa and loveseat with reclining seats, nice front porchMinus items: Bed uncomfortable (broken spring), kitchen utensils and cookware lacking or in bad shape (worthless can opener, no casserole dish, no frypan cover)"

"Great place to stay away from the busy streets! Cute house. Comfy beds. Had a great time and would come back! Loved all the signs and old surfboards! Not a negative, just an observation for planning purposes. Kitchen accessories were meh. (only 2 coffee cups that we could find). No ice so bring your own. "

"We loved being able to walk out our door and be pool side! Quiet and friendly owners/guest. We will be back. Not a huge fan that cleaning staff brought their family members and children to swim while they worked. Seems a little unfair to pay for paradise when others just walked in free but over all it was a great stay!!!"
