Relaxing, nice place & quiet neighborhood

Honestly was a little nervous for my first VRBO stay but they knocked it out of the park! I LOVED staying here for my trip and if I were to be in the area again I would stay here again. Having the pool was so nice, communication with the owner was right on. They also had dishes and things in the cupboard so you could have food and not have to worry about having your own. Having an air conditioning unit for the end of the day was fantastic and the bed was very comfy. I could see that some guests have done some damage over the time they have been doing this (just small cosmetic stuff here and there) so be a decent human and dont break things that are not yours 100% recommend staying here for your next trip!

Vacation stay

The house was a convenient location; within walking distance to the grocery store and food places. The neighborhood was a bit off putting but overall good experience. We had a couple issues with our stay but the host was prompt to answer and had things resolved quickly. I would recommend this place for a short stay. 8.2/10

Love the pool. Home is good for 2. A little crowded when had 6 for 5 days. Tanya helped several times, fast for any questions andcsolved one problem quickly.

Home Away From Home

Had a wonderful stay! Was able to prepare meals at the house to save money during our week in Florida. The pool was icing on the cake to cool off during those hot, humid Florida afternoons. Will definitely stay again when returning to the Tampa area. Thanks, Tannya!

Awful air condition ,bugs and no communication !

- [ ] Awful ! Not safe ! Bugs and awful air conditioning . The host did not help at all . The air condition never went lower then 74. There were no blinds in the kitchen: dinning room and all the heat came in daily . We set it to 67 degrees and it never went lower than 70. There were tiny ants all over the counter tops and tables. We could never leave food out for more than 10 mins . There was dust on all the serving spoons in the kitchen . There weren’t any deadbolts on the doors , anyone could push the doors open . We reached out to the host and all she said was it’s Florida weather keep the doors and windows closed, which we never opened . We said we weren’t happy . The next day she didn’t respond , instead she reported us to Vrbo . When we called Vrbo they said the host said she came out to the house to check the air condition while we were there . She lied we were there the whole night and no one came to the house . We won’t be back .

True to photos and description. Nicely updated! Too cold for the pool but it was very inviting. Loved the zen garden, beds were comfortable, house was very clean and host was quick to respond to any questions. Great stay!

Excellent Stay

The Lakes was an excellent home. Super clean and equipped. Pool was excused the backyard was super cozy. Very close to major stores and about 30/40 minutes from the bigger beaches. Highly recommend.
