The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. After not being unable to sleep on the fourth day we asked again about another room and we moved to a room on the first floor with really quite and effective air...

"The hotel was very clean, staff so polite, couldn’t fault the breakfast help yourself to what you wanted if you wanted something different then just ask and it was done, the hotel is situated on the edge of celebration , shops and restaurants 2 minutes or eat it the hotel they have a large selection"

"The hotel is beautifully located with fabulous views, the only downside was the trek to the nearest bus stop, or rather the trek back uphill. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from Debora in reception all the way to the charming folk who kept our room clean and well stocked with essentials. We paid a very fair price for our double room on second floor (via lift or stairs) which included breakfast. Room bigger than I had imagined with lots of wardrobe and cupboard storage. "No air con & record temperatures made life very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of hot & cold food, All staff were well trained & friendly & very helpful. Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option."
