"This was truly a wonderful cottage! We had a friends birthday together. Enjoyed cooking, outdoor fire and the barrel sauna. Very handy to get to Inner Oaks where we enjoyed a culinary experience. Also a short drive to Tusket Daniel was an amazing host! There were snacks, coffee and wood for the fireplace. He even offered to start our fire and was just a text away for any questions. Park Glenwood was a short walk from the cottage. Very peaceful A perfect place for our mini adventure "

With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. "OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. The master was so comfortable and there was far more amenities and supplies than we used, but it is definitely my favorite VRBO I have stayed in. Owners really, really go that extra mile and...

"Property is a welcomed getaway with plenty of privacy. Cottage was immaculate and amenities were plentiful. Host provided access to kayak and dingy along with board games and outdoor propane fire pit. We will definitely return."

"We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!). The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and very central to all the activities we took part in. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive to questions, and we would love to come back. Thank you so much."

"This was our second year to stay here, great location, love the restaurant, the market everything we needed was so handy plus the beach is worth the trip . Enjoyed our stay so much again we’re hoping to book for next year again . House is great has everything you would need . "

"Terrific time in Kemptville, NS at this accommodation - Moose Cabin - Golden Forest Lodge. I recently had a three day vacation there with my 14 year old Son and his Father. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted upon arrival, the owner/host went out of his way to accommodate us and we were treated very kindly throughout the entire stay. The cabins themselves look new and the details of the decorating were so beautiful/serene. Oh and we also had access to a...
