"Property grew on us. When we arrived at 1:30 we were told we could check in early for $20 or wait another hour and a half. Out of principle, I opted to wait because clearly the room was ready, it was just a money grab. I don’t blame the workers bc I’m sure they are just following procedure. The rooms are clean, we used the kitchen to cook every morning, we used the grill on the roof next door, and really enjoyed the accessibility to the ferry. "the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...
