"Our stay was good except! Yhey scheduled painting when we were there and painters were literally on our balcony and hanging right in front of our unit looking in and taping windows closed so we couldn’t even open them. Incredibly unprofessional and not caring. They did apologize while we were there, but they even didn’t reply to the complaint after we left. Unbelievable! This is grounds for reimbursement for at least the day they were painting. But nope, just ignored us."

"We were all pretty impressed with the condo. It was clean and spacious. I really liked that each room had its own bathroom. The view is great.
The only negatives were some noise and the coffee/creamer or lack thereof. The neighbor's upstairs (maybe kids?) over the bedroom facing out to the water were a bit noisy late into the night. I reserved the condo for 2 nights but there was only 1 bag of coffee, so I had to go out and get it which I shouldn't have had to do. I reserved in advance for...

"The huge negative is that the pool and gym which are advertised as a part of our reservation was actually false. We were turned away after multiple attempts. The customer service person first told us that our passes were at the front desk which was false and then changed the story to say they were not included. We paid a huge fee and feel we deserve a partial refund for this.Outside of that the stay was nice. Very open and comfortable rooms with plenty of parking and a beautiful view. Nice...
