    Gorgeously located on the shores of Squamish Harbor in Port Ludlow, this water-view home exudes calm, relaxation, and serene natural beauty in every season. It's a wonderful spot to spend the summer collecting seashells on the beach across the street and winter holidays curled up under a blanket with a view of Puget Sound. The interior living space is full of natural light, with windows throughout the home that frame views of either the ocean or the surrounding evergreen canopy.



    The Space:

    Come home from a morning on the beach, a kayaking excursion, pickle ball court, or an exploration of the Olympic Peninsula to toss the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer and both prepare and eat dinner with an incredible view. Bring your coffee and dessert outside to the deck, and settle in for a good show or a movie in either the loft or the downstairs den.



    This water-view home is located on Squamish Harbor in the peaceful community of Port Ludlow, where you'll be just two miles down the road from Shine Tidelands State Park, a great place for fishing, harvesting shellfish, birding, kayaking, and walking the beach. The small town of Port Ludlow is six miles north, where you'll find the marina, the Port Ludlow Golf Club, and the Village Market for your convenience. And if you're looking to explore this lovely part of the Olympic Peninsula even further, you'll find the charming Victorian town of Port Townsend only 22 miles north.



    Things to Know

    The Internet has been known to be intermittent, due to the area and provider. We are actively working with the owner and the provider to see what steps may be taken for improvement. In the meantime, please do not expect to rely on a high-speed connection. The internet service provided is best for intermittent email usage only and not for anything more involved than that. This home has solar power and an EV charger!



    Getting Around:

    To reach this beautiful waterfront home in Port Ludlow, we recommend traveling by personal vehicle as public transportation options in this area are limited. The property is located approximately two hours from Seattle Tacoma International Airport depending on ferry schedules and traffic. For your convenience, we provide a private garage for parking, and you are welcome to utilize our onsite electric vehicle charger during your stay. Exploring the Olympic Peninsula is best accomplished with your own car to ensure you have the freedom to visit nearby attractions like Port Townsend at your leisure.

The house accommodated 6 guests, plenty of sleeping spaces, adequate kitchen and living room. The location was beautiful and quiet. There was water/beach access, you have to cross the street to get there - but no big deal…that’s not why we were there. Kitchen was missing serving dishes, no big deal; bbq was a griddle (pretty cool), but I had to clean it - seemed like that wasn’t done in a while, no big deal though. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of fun spaces in and around the house. Description of property mentioned issues with internet strength, but we didn’t seem to notice. Property management was easy to communicate with and very helpful/nice. It’s a great house and property. Everyone in our group said they would easily score it 4-stars or higher.

A beautiful view of the water AND access to it! This house fit nine of us comfortably – beds for most, plus a couple of futons. The dining table was also large enough for all of us. Easy access to the peninsula, as well as into Seattle. But plenty of reasons to just stay local! The Pickleball court got a ton of use, as did the deck overlooking the water and the cozy fireplace in the living room. A perfect place for a family gathering!

The house was close to the beach and had beach access. The internet is non existent so it was very difficult to watch Netflix. The house was stocked fully with all that we needed.

The pictures did not do this place justice. It's bigger and more beautiful than we expected! The game room, basketball court and open second story made this the perfect getaway to celebrate my niece's birthday with her cousins. We enjoyed it immensely and they can't wait to go back.

The wi-fi didnt work most of the time, I called emailed and text and after the automated responses finally got an AI email telling me to call the provider and have them help me trouble shoot the issue that the owner had paid for this service. Not how I want to spend my vacation time on the phone with a help desk trouble shooting the internet. Most of the light bulbs were out in the rooms or there is no overhead light only small lamps. The kitchen didnt have any food wrap, ziplocs or anything for leftovers. And not a piece of paper or a pen anywhere to use for games we bought or a note.

I rented this for my mother and her friends for her 75th birthday. The house has such a wonderful set up to accommodate different families sharing a space. The view was beautiful and everything was very clean and cozy.

The place is a fantastic place to relax and spend some time enjoying nature, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's extremely spacious but it still feels cozy and "warm". Food delivery in the area takes longer, if you're used to a more city cwntric environment but there's plenty of places close by for you to drive to, so it's not a big issue. There are also lots of interesting places nearby you can go exploring.This was definitely one of the most relaxing stays I've had in quite a while! 10 out of 10!

Nice house, gorgeous view. Had some frustration about amenities, as the fireplace was not working through our visit, and the listing still indicated beach access at the time, even though the stairs end on a sudden drop instead of hitting the beach. Support was responsive to feedback, which was appreciated.

The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating for last minute, unexpected requests. They were also very organized, proactive about sending check-in and check-out information ahead of time, and were a major reason as to why the stay was hassle-free. The home is beautiful and spacious; everyone had their own room and bed and the beds were comfortable and clean. The entire house was clean and tidy. The home had stunning views and was near a beach which was a fun plus! This stay had incredible value for money and would gladly stay again if we're ever in the area. Highly recommend this home to others!

We stayed here with my groomsmen the two nights before my wedding, the property was perfect and had plenty of space for us to relax and get ready for the big day.
