"Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! "

"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Beautiful modern apartment close to the water and train station. A wonderful owner who helped us in every possible way. The only downside is that we expected at least a gas pump, as every time we travel, and we only found a microwave, it was sad. "Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too."

"Check in was very smooth. Nicki responded promptly to any queries. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including sharp knives, which is a rarity! Very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Nice quiet site with plenty of life up at the bar"

"An immaculate apartment with everything you could need. It’s located in Newquay. It has the most amazing views across Tolcarne beach. It’s almost hypnotic watching the surfers. It has spoiled me for other places."

"Superb modern property in a sensational setting. Unbelievable views with great access to the sea and Pentire Headland. Long walks on the beach and into Newquay across the Headland. "This was our first time visiting Cornwall, and we were looking forward to a relaxing couple of days with the family. Unfortunately, the accommodation left much to be desired. Finding the cottage was challenging as the directions provided were unclear. We ended up having to stop and ask locals for guidance before finally locating it. The cottage itself was pleasant in some ways — we loved the beach-themed décor, and there was a generous selection of books, games, DVDs, and CDs for us to enjoy....
