"Fantastic property inside and out. The check-in was smooth. Everything was impeccably clean and intuitively organized. The home feels spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning, throwing a ball in the yard, fires and hot tub in the evening. We played in the games room and tried out the kayaks. The book selection was impressive! "This was the perfect space for my husband, 1 year old daughter and dog to come and stay out while we toured the island. The fact the cottage was directly on water was really nice for morning walks with coffee. We would love to return! "

"Nice vintage olde farm house. Bed was comfortable and bathroom yet small is clean and does its job. Very quiet road with 5 mins walk to beach across the road. Wifi is great and quick. Wish it had a bbq for cooking and a smart tv for down time "

"The property was exactly as described in the ad. Welcome package including snacks, wine and compete bathroom toiletries was unexpected. Kitchen is equipped to prepare anything for anyone!! The view is outstanding and the hot tub worked as we expected...nicely. 4 mature adults stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy with everything. The folder with all info was a great help and communication with Julia and Matthew was quick. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Absolutely perfect place to stay. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit, but more importantly the details in the house made the stay incredible. It seems everything was thought of, right down to laundry pods and q-tips. The house was clean and ridiculously comfortable. There were moments we wanted to stay and chill at the house because it felt like a home. Book this spot without hesitation. There is a grocery store close by, a few bakeries and cafes, a gas station, a great food...

"Our group of 12 had a wonderful vacation. This house was perfect for a bigger group allowing each family to have a separate sleeping space while still having a common space to cook and spend time together. The kids loved the ping pong table and the paddle boards. This house was ready to stay in, with all the needed amenities and more. Paul was wonderful to us and we are looking forward to returning next year."

"It was lovely! The location was beautiful! The ocean view and view of the Confederation Bridge were wonderful! The cottage was very clean and had everything you could need. Parking is directly in front of the cottage so easy to bring things in from the car. The communication with the property was always answered very quickly and they were super helpful. We had a wonderful time and would go back again! It can get breezy so bring a sweater for the evening! "

"Wonderful vacation property, bright and clean. Responsive hosts. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Loved that the master was away from all the other rooms. Quick drive to Cavendish for golf and the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Very well equipped. Used both the pool and the hot tub which were maintained several times during the week by property management. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with a large group. "

"Truly on the waterfront with a gorgeous view across the Grand River, we enjoyed a relaxing view. High tide, low tide were all fabulous. Much wildlife kept us entertained. Incredibly quiet location! Conveniently located to explore the western half of Prince Edward Island -- 3 day trips to a variety of provincial parks, beaches, harbors, agriculture, aquaculture & wind farms were a few sights during our travels."
