I have sent two emails and two phone calls to manager as instructed when checking out to discuss reimbursement and continue to not get a reply, been waiting a month, for a reply and nothing. Head of housekeeping said he was going to submit a report when not happy when we showed him thru the suite, have lots of pictures if manager would reply.
