"This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a friends trip. It is exceptionally clean (and I am a germaphobe). The location is right in the middle of the bar and restaurant district. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Karen was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and my friends would too!"

"This property checks all the boxes--tons of space, beautiful grounds, amazing views, extremely clean and all the amenities you need and then some to have a relaxing stay with friends and family. We especially loved the location that was close to Wegman's, the Lake House, downtown Canandaigua and other paces along Lakeshore. The location is also great for brewery and wine tours in the other Finger Lakes. We would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!"

"Immaculate apartment. Beautiful and calming decor. Atmosphere was lovely, smelled great, very clean. Outdoor patio and lawn a very nice bonus. Close enough to downtown to walk to shops/cafes or to the beautiful state park. We’d definitely stay again!!! "

"We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and loved every second of it! The house is perfect for a big group. Only con was no mirrors in a lot of the bedrooms. "

"Good house located between Canandaigua and Naples — two cute towns with wineries, restaurants, etc. Sleeps 8 comfortably but only 1 bathroom means you need to plan; also really only parking for 2 cars. Two doors down from a public lake beach. Nice area, nice house "

"If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Geneva area, I highly recommend this place. It was cute, communication was great and everything was in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops to check out. Very close to the water and near the welcome center which had a cute area for wine sampling. "

"House was gorgeous and had an abundance of space for the three of us and a perfect pug. The property is large and private. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms had plenty of space so that we were all comfortable. Then there was the basement! An extra area for us to hang out and play some pool! Overall, a fantastic experience and a must stay if you're ever in the area."
