"My husband and I had a nice stay here. I will say however, the room is extremely small. The photos were mostly of the larger room with the tub, so I recommend getting that room if you don’t like small rooms. Also the toilet being just a glass door, so no privacy when you’re going to the bathroom so be prepared to get very close with whoever you are staying with haha. But other than that the AC was amazing! And this was the only stay we had on our honeymoon that had a smart tv so we could watch...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. "The apartment at Villa Karla was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and it was also great to have a parking space - we visited Zadar at the end of our trip and it was then easy to drive on to the airport."

"The deluxe room in the annex building was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a highlight to sit and enjoy the coffee in the morning. The host was top notch and personally walked us to the room and explained all the important details while making us feel very welcome. "Ich war sehr begeistert, von der Ausstattung und dem Service eher ein Hotel als ein Hostel. Das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und modern. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant, bei dem Hausgäste sogar einen Rabatt bekommen. Der Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant."
