    Enjoy the breathtaking views up and down the beach from the floor to ceiling windows.Explore our rock pools and lagoons, sit on your private balcony and read a book, or experience the sheer bliss of doing absolutely nothing - the choice is yours.

Fabulous, private and ocean views

After booking and paying deposit, contact with manager was quick and easy to get extra information. Arrival brief from manager was a call which made us feel welcome and well informed about the property, the local town and expectations. On arrival, property was clean, welcoming with superb views of the beach and ocean below. Our stay was quiet, with all facilities available for our use including BBQ which we used 2 nights of the 3. We enjoyed quiet walks on the beach, reading on the private balcony and only ever heard voices when others were leaving around 10am each morning. Other than that it felt like we were alone. The manager friendly and professional at all times. Highly recommended

Oceanside Tranquility

Ocean views spectacular but property needs an internal revamp. Looking very tired. Proximity to ocean is main attraction.

Ideal couples hideaway

Location and physical facilities were ideal. Quiet and isolated yet walking distance to town along beach or 5 minute drive. Walking out the door onto the sand to go snorkelling in the protected cove was ideal. I will be booking again.

Amazing view

Loved this property - it’s exactly as described and so close to the beach! The view is amazing and it’s so peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the place had all we needed. Would love to come back!

Stunning views & comfortable property

Graham was great at communicating. He owns an beautiful property. The views were stunning of the beach & we enjoyed watching sunsets every night from our balcony.

Stunning ocean views

We loved this property, waking up to a panorama of ocean and morning sunrise skies. Couldn’t have been better! We loved the town of port fairy also! Thanks for a lovely experience.

Awesome property and location.

A beautiful beach front property just outside town. The perfect place to unwind and truly relax. Beach walks or just relaxing watching the waves break and Port Fairy just a short drive or walk. Thanks Graham.

simply stunning location, gracious hosts who gave us total privacy, everything you could need!

The location of Wytonia is so beautiful...the beaches are right in front of you and the water is so clear! In 5 days we saw 10 people walk by! The bird life is extraordinary to watch. The accommodation is clean and offers everything. We were in the penthouse and is was so worth it! Recommend without reservation.
