Scenic View Apartment - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Scenic View is a spacious self catering apartment offering panoramic views across Rowany Golf Course to the hills of Bradda and Surby to the north. Set in peaceful surroundings, but just a few minutes walk from Port Erin, its beach and general amenities the apartment is located right next to the 1st Fairway of the Rowany Golf Course making it an ideal choice for golfers.

The apartment comprises a double bedroom with comfortable king size bed, a twin bedroom, modern bathroom and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The Isle of Man Steam Railway runs from Port Erin via Castletown to Douglas and there is also a regular bus service which travels via the airport every 20 minutes at peak times.

Excellent accommodation

The property was booked for colleagues who were carrying out essential works in the area. The property and location were more than suitable for their needs. Excellent communication with the hosts at all times.

Perfect location

The property was a good base to travel anywhere on the island. Also, lots to do in Port Erin itself from kayaking around the bay to lovely walks.

Winner all round

We have stayed on IOM several times and this is the best property we have stayed in. Everything you needed to feel at home was there, this together with location, proximity to beach and services and the knock out views made it a winner

Great location, nice apartment.

The property is in a quiet location but within walking distance of Port Erin. There are great views in every direction, particularly from the large picture windows in the living room. It is comfortable, well furnished and very clean. All the kitchen appliances were modern and worked properly. Every utensil we needed was provided. We were, however, disappointed to find was that there was no freezer as advertised, just a small compartment in the fridge. Also, it was windy on our final night and I can see why others have complained about the howling of the wind around the bedroom windows which woke us up. Overall, it was a great property with scope for minor improvements. Yes, we would stay again - and hope that it didn't get windy!
