Perched high overlooking Knights Beach at Port Elliot, this modern townhome offers stunning sea views. Sit back and enjoy panoramic ocean views across to Victor Harbor and Encounter Bay or enjoy the fire place during cooler months.
Perfectly positioned and only a short stroll to Horseshoe Bay, hotels and cafes plus the famous Port Elliot Bakery.
All bed linen and towels are included as well as bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All you need to do is arrive, unpack and relax.

Welcome to bythesea, your perfect beachfront escape located on Hutton St, Port Elliot. Nestled right on the stunning Knights Beach, this holiday home offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. ByTheSea is ideal for couples or families with older children, providing a comfortable and luxurious retreat.

ACCOMMODATION-
Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms downstairs with queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master with lovely ocean view and the second queen bedroom which overlooks the back courtyard also offers a second private toilet.
Living Areas: A large, modern kitchen with all you could need for cooking up a storm including utensils, pots and pans, and basic cooking supplies as well as a coffee machine with beans provided. There is a spacious dining and living area also located upstairs, perfect for socialising and enjoying the stunning view. The upstairs balcony provides a picturesque setting for morning coffees or evening drinks and a weber Q bbq for casual meals.
Fireplace: Cozy up by the amazing gas fireplace upstairs during winter days.
Courtyard: Downstairs features a fire pit in the back courtyard, ideal for evening gatherings and roasting marshmallows.

Perfect beach location

If you love to watch waves roll in and fall asleep to the sound of them hitting the beach, this is the place for you.The property is ideally situated for walks along the beach or the Heritage Trail and of course the outstanding Port Elliot bakery.The yard is completely secure if you bring a dog or two. There is undercover, off street parking.Inside is clean and tidy. Very good facilities (washing machine/tumble dryer/gas heater/coffee machine/cooking utensils/TVs etc).There is a very unique second toilet under the stairs that gives Harry Potter vibes .Not for you if you don't get along with stairs; the living area and kitchen/dining are on the first floor.Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the lovely relaxing view

Really enjoyed staying at this unit, as it is a lovely place to stay with the sea view. The unit was very clean and had everything supplied that you would need. only issue was the front screen door and front door were hard to open. The stairs were a little steep , so it would be good for a picture to be on the website to see what they are like :) There is no toilet upstairs but 2 toilets' down stairs. Thanks Kim and Barry

Big tick from us!

I recently stayed here with my husband, two boys (9&7) & dog. The property was clean, comfortable & in a fantastic location! Great access to beaches, eateries & walking tracks. For me it was the little things that made the biggest impact… Fluffy Sheridan towels, fast Wifi, smart tv’s (makes a world of difference with tired kids after big days exploring) & well maintained bathroom/kitchen. There was even a dog door for our girl so she was able to take herself out to toilet! We wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here.

Perfect Place to Stay

The Unit has everything you could possibly need or want. Don't need to bring much with you, food and personal items only. Everything in the unit is of high quality, and the fully automatic coffee machine is a great bonus. Will definitely book again.
