Southerlea, a lavish open-plan beach house spread across two levels, offers stylish decor and inviting living spaces, making it an ideal retreat for both winter and summer.

UPSTAIRS:
Enjoy a family-friendly entertainer with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, complete with a large dining table seating up to ten people. Open the sliding door to a generous front decking with stunning ocean views, featuring a large table (seating 10) and a BBQ—perfect for entertaining!

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with essential utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Machine, and abundant crockery and glasses for 10, our kitchen provides flexibility for preparing meals or leave your chef hat at the door and head to the main street only a couple of minutes away.

Pantry:
In our spacious, family-friendly pantry, we understand the importance of having enough food for a group of 10. Easily store all your groceries and snacks here, making your family feel right at home.

Bathroom:
A bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and ample space for the whole family’s toiletries.

Master Bedroom with Ensuite:
Retreat to your private space after a day at the beach in the master bedroom with a Queen Bed, personal balcony, two side tables, and two lamps. The ensuite features a large shower, toilet, vanity, unpacking space in the walk-in robe, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2:
Rest in a queen bed, 2 side tables, and a ceiling fan located across from the main bathroom.

Port Elliot Holiday house above Boomer Beach

This was a tastefully decorated well designed house that comfortably separated and accommodated our 3 families. 3 bathrooms made it very convenient for all.Loved the plethora of kitchen cutlery, crockery, glasses and saucepans, along with many serving dishes.Beds were also quite comfortable and it was good to have an extra blanket to use as the weather turned cold.We encountered some minor electrical maintenance issues that did not significantly impact our stay, and have been advised to the owner. The sea views are better than the photos depict. Can certainly recommend a stay in this house.

Christmas by the Sea

Great location, nice deck with sea views, comfortable beds, kitchen and pantry well equipped, home had a great layout for overnight guests, clean and comfortable, owner was quick to respond to queries (much appreciated). Nil bath, nil grassed area in back yard which would have been great for younger grandkids. All in all though we had a great time with family and friends and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous

We recently got married round the corner at horseshoe bay and needed a place that was suitable for my 18 month old and my parents in law, it was great having three bathrooms on both levels as it allowed everyone to have space - it had everything we needed to host a pre wedding bbq and post and it was very child friendly with stair gates which was super important for our toddler and it was cool to sleep in the hot weather. Our host Tanya was really responsive and quick on messages - we made some beautiful memories in the house with our family xxxx

A stunning coastal home.

We’ve been coming to Southerlea for the last five years. It’s a beautifully appointed home with views that are unsurpassed. Everything has been thought of - right down to baby safety gates. All linen is supplied and you don’t need to spend an hour making up beds when you arrive! Pets have been catered for - a genuine advantage for such a stunning home. The location is superb with a multitude of coastal walks at your doorstep and the Main Street of Port Elliot (hosting the best pub on the South Coast) is minutes away. That said, this is one of those homes where simply staying in and enjoying the panoramic views feels like a holiday in itself. Tanya is a wonderful host and communication is excellent. A place to build memories.

Great stay!

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was perfect for us (and our dog) and was close to everything. Was really comfortable and well equipped. We'll definately stay again, can easily accomodate larger familys too, plenty of space.
